So how was this a human sacrifice? Were the Romans offering Jesus as a human sacrifice or they were simply giving him the death of rebels?
It was a Cruci-Fction

. You are not a Christian and you want to judge our belief. It is either you choose to be saved or not. You have no moral right to say that. If I preach to you and you refuse the message of salvation I've no right to force you. I wonder how non Christians come here to challenge our way of life and belief.

Jesus Christ dying for man’s sin has its origin in the ancient concept of offering human sacrifices to a deity.

So what was the point of "dying for your sins" if you have free will to sin again?

Christianity Etc › If Jesus Died For Our Sins, Why Is There Still Sin Today? by Horus(op): 11:32am On Apr 16, 2017
If your jesus died on the cross for the world to be saved, why is there still sin today? Was not the personified Son of God enough to cleanse the whole world of sin?. Why did he have to send his beloved son to die for the sins of the world?. Couldn't he just come himself, or wave his hand and make it all well. He said his spirit was willing but his flesh was weak, and what did God do? His only begotten son, according to your belief, he let him die by Cruci-Fction. So that's how God showed his love?. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. And we are supposed to teach our children this and perpetuate the greatest "story" (lie) ever told? NOT!

Christianity Etc › Re: Easter Day Significance And True Meaning!!! by Horus(m): 11:17am On Apr 16, 2017
When it is Easter people are running around trying to find hidden colorful eggs at their church with no idea of how this supposedly relates to Jesus. What is even more interesting is the fact that people don’t seem to realize that rabbits do not lay eggs.  Unfortunately, most people do not read and are not inquisitive about why they celebrate the holidays they do or why they live by the societal laws instead of those from out Great Mother (Nature).  The Babylonian and Assyrian fertility goddess was Ishtar, whose name may well have been the origin of the word Easter. Ishtar symbolized Mother Earth in the natural cycles of fertility on earth. Many myths grew up around this female deity. She was the goddess of love, and the practice of ritual prostitution became widespread in the fertility cult dedicated to her name. "Temples to Ishtar had many priestesses, or sacred prostitutes, who symbolically acted out the fertility rites of the cycle of nature.

I guess it was Christianity that brought about our technological comatose. True
Christianity is and will remain a blessing to any people that accept it and any person no matter who he/she may be that rejected it will have him/herself to blame and if you have not received JESUS CHRIST as your lord and personal saviour better do so now that you have the privilege before its too late, for your own good.
Because of foreign religions, no one has been able to really unite Africans in any considerable numbers, and it is also why Africans have not been able to make real progress toward freedom and equality. Foreign religions were introduced in Africa to weaken the mental and spiritual powers of Africans

Horus, I've seen many of these astonishing images myself. I've even seen images that resemble aeroplanes and helicopters from ancient Egyptian art dated over 3000 years ago!

Are you sure that a lot of these things we see today are not stolen African knowledge repackaged as white inventions?

Who knows what the Europeans found when they raided the Library of Alexandria in Egypt, via Alexander ''the Great''.

It must have a been a treasure trove of information on African technologies from probably the previous 20,000 years!!
Spot on Rosskii. Yes, they use stolen African knowledge; this is why they are spending millions of dollars to dig in Egypt to discover more secrets.

Hieroglyphs depict the ancient Egyptians using electricity with a light bulb

In Egypt, several hieroglyphics depict what could only be light bulbs, called the Dendera light.

It is believe these bulbs where powered by batteries.

Scientists have duplicated both the batteries and the bulb and were able to produce light.

Christianity Etc › Re: The Reason For The Resurrection - Joseph Prince by Horus(m): 6:07pm On Apr 15, 2017
The truth is that those so-called wise and prudent theologians know absolutely nothing about the so-called resurrection simply because it never happened. Easter, or the celebration of the resurrection, is merely a tradition, a tradition that you have been taught from childhood, and coming into maturity you have accepted it because that is what you were taught. That is what you read bout. That is what your parents made you observed every Easter Sunday. Thus, you continued to go along with it and before you knew it, you had carelessly assumed what you now believe without question or proof. Easter is the feast of feasts celebrated in honor of the risen Christ. You have even reached the point where you will defend vigorously and emotionally your belief, a belief that can lead you straight to hell.

It has become human nature to flow with the stream, and to go along with the crowd, to believe and perform like those around you. And, even when you stumble on the truth, you will not believe because like the majority of the people, you stubbornly refuse to believe what you are unwilling to believe. There is an old saying that says:

He who is convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.
