Politics › Re: The Blackman Is Still A Slave! by Horus(m): 8:51pm On Jun 22, 2013
Once the leadership of Europe and America found out who we really are as Africans, they used every means and technique to keep us suppressed and in a servitude slave state. The “Willy Lynch” Syndrome was only used to perpetuate the slave mentality into the 21st century: Africans engaged in self-hate, which brought about disunity.

They should use taser stun guns on the suspects, not stray bullets.
Politics › Re: How Could Japan Offer $32billion In Aid To Africa? by Horus(m): 9:22pm On Jun 21, 2013
Sometimes, lack of progress in African countries is due to too much parliamentarianism. To make a road it has to go through the parliament and pass through many levels because nobody wants to take the authority and take the responsibility and act. Everything is postponed or there is a sort of tendency to procrastinate. Things never move. So, a strong visionary leader is essential.

Politics › Re: Nigeria, India To Grow Generating Set Market By $41bn by Horus(m): 7:25pm On Jun 20, 2013
Nigeria still does not have a stable power for companies to run businesses. Many companies in Nigeria use over 10% of their income to run power from day to Night. In other countries running power for the company is the least of one’s concern and normally amount to 1% to 2 %.
Many Nigerian in the Diaspora would love to come back to Nigeria to build a business but are held back simply because Nigeria lacks the stable electricity and infrastructure to turn their idea into a viable business.

On 28 July 2010, through Resolution 64/292, the United Nations General Assembly explicitly recognized the human right to water and sanitation and acknowledged that clean drinking water and sanitation are essential to the realisation of all human rights. The Resolution calls upon States and international organisations to provide financial resources, help capacity-building and technology transfer to help countries, in particular developing countries, to provide safe, clean, accessible and affordable drinking water and sanitation for all.

In November 2002, the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights adopted General Comment No. 15 on the right to water. Article I.1 states that "The human right to water is indispensable for leading a life in human dignity. It is a prerequisite for the realization of other human rights". Comment No. 15 also defined the right to water as the right of everyone to sufficient, safe, acceptable and physically accessible and affordable water for personal and domestic uses.

All the 15 Russian sailors should receive capital punishment if guilty. "Dont mess with Africans", "dont flood Africa with illegal firearms and offensive weapons"; this is the message that Nigeria have to send to the world. If not Nigeria will have an image of a weak and coward nation.

Politics › Re: Nigerians Can't Have Free Potable Water- Minister by Horus(m): 11:14am On Jun 19, 2013
Dirty water and poor sanitation are the second biggest killer of children. Millions of people don't have access to clean water and adequate sanitation facilities and usually it is the women and children who spend hours carrying buckets of water used for daily drinking, cooking and washing. The Government have the principal responsibility to tackle these issues.

Christianity Etc › Re: The Incredible Belief In The Myth Of Eternal Hell Suffering by Horus(m): 12:56pm On Jun 18, 2013
The concept of hell is something that was created in the hearts and minds of the authors of your Bible and Koran. Before you were informed of what and where hell was, it never crossed your mind to even think about it. So, within the pages of your scriptures hell was born. Just as a God could not exist without the devil, heaven could not exist if there wasn’t a hell. It is something that was fabricated so that they could capitalize off of your fear.

Black people of the world, we need to rid ourselves of this pale white hippie image that has clouded our memory of who and what we are.
When you see these images and statues in the homes of friends and family, kindly ask them to remove it. You are not asking them to rid their beliefs, but rid themselves of the false images and race propaganda set against us as a people.

humnsikan: My heart bleeds whenever i have the priviledge of travelling from my tiny south south abode to other parts of Nigeria.I had since come to the conclusion that we have a common problem in this country, which is, widespread poverty, poor to no infrastructure, and to mention a but a few. I have always asked myself, ''when will our tiny villages be half as develop as our state capitals, which themselves are still a far cry?". It is on this note that i'm moved to ask,"will Nigeria ever become a developed country, say like US, UK, etc?"
Yes, Nigeria will become a developed country. Sometimes, lack of progress is due to too much parliamentarianism. To make a road it has to go through the parliament and pass through many levels because nobody wants to take the authority and take the responsibility and act. Everything is postponed or there is a sort of tendency to procrastinate. Things never move. So, a strong leader is essential.

People have to stop relying on "God" only for justice when we know that the "killer" run free, we should all go to the Nigeria Police Force website and send emails to ask for an explanation. The name and the picture of this killer should be printed all over the medias. If we do nothing the case will be sweep under the carpet.
