It's an app permissions crisis. reset permission under settings > app. if this doesn't work then boot into recovery and do a factory reset

Your using the 'all or none' method which is not wise add mostly won't work in an area without a strong 3G network.

Recovery tools doesn't support it. you'll need to manually flash it. is the phone rooted?

That's an insufficient permissions error. reset permissions under settings > apps

Did you ever change your IMEI? is you did then that's the most likely cause

just copy the stock dialer from a working p5 and place it in system > apps. No data > app level app can replace it

Think you mean unroot. No, it doesn't. root operates @ the system and boot partition level while factory reset operates @ data partition level

You have some Wi-Fi management app that auto-disables Wi-Fi Wi-Fi when battery is low. If you don't, then it's from your Wi-Fi settings. check settings > Wi-Fi > advanced

No its not your phone. You'll usually notice this during day time snapping. It's the light sensor that's adjusting to the level of ambient brightness.
