I had day 2 done before lockdown, couldn't go for day 21 due to movement restriction & safety precaution reasons...
So, am planning to check in this week for day 21, OR, would I have to start all over

Ok. You need to reduce the heat. I also used boiled water but when the heat is much add more dry flannel or towel to reduce heat. Major thing is the warm effect to the oil which in turn is absorbed to clear your system. Please don’t over heat again. You’ll only be burning your skin for nothing. If you want to increase the effect, you can do abdominal massage too with the castor oil. Fertility blessings to you dear

As you have rightly said, the water is always too hot, but I feel in as much as the pain isn't unbearable, am good.

I didn’t experience any skin coloration when I did mine other than sleeping off sometimes as the thing makes me more relaxed. Please confirm you’re doing the right thing

I am using hot water bottle, & i usually use boiling water (as in 100°c), sometimes even pressing d bottle harder so I' have a hotter feeling..(not unbearable tho)

Please, I started castor oil massage in the middle of this month....
But, the issue now is that the affected part of my tummy (Areas where i have fibroids) is turning ugly day by day...
#I NOR SEND UGLY tho# in as much as it yields +ve result.
But the marks r giving us concern.
And Dh is even suggesting I stop it.

Castor oil massage is done after period to stop at ovulation if you intend to try that month. Reason is that the heat may affect conception as sperm does not like hot environment. So stop before ovulation if you want to try for that month. It’s normally recommended to do it for 3days and take a break of one or 2 days.

++ I saw a write up on Castor oil massage' being highly effective while ovulating, and I sighted ovulation this evening, so I didn't want to waste time, (BUT I couldn't get flanel the day I went to get other things....)
