....& Sorry about the headache....it wld subside with time. It's an after effect of spinal ana.
I experienced same, nurses later told me to sip chilled coke, it worked partially.

They are different ma, kafura is used as agbo for jedi jedi in kids while camphor is used to chase mosquitoes. Even both smells different.

We shld all b careful wrn handling new born babies... Do research b4 applyin anything or giving them anything abeg!!! Internet don mk life simple by mkin all information available 4 us to access.

What does it means to apply heat please

Items needed:
1. Hard stone (ako okuta) in d absence of kerosene lantern
2. A stainless plate
3. A piece of Ankara fabric

Heat d stone up on fire for few minutes, put in d stainless plate.
Then take ur already made ankara pieces with uda & kafura (grinded together, knotted in it)
Place (d knotted part) on d stone to heat up.

Ensure d temperature is ok for baby by first placing the heated knotted-part of d ankara piece on ur cheek before placing on baby's navel
Do like 12-15 rounds at a go 3ce a day for d start.
Works like magic!

Edited: it's Kafura pls, the one dey use to make herbs

I did, my sis isn't! It all depends on choices and beliefs!
My baby never had that colic pain (to God's glory)
All I did was apply heat. Her G.mum started with 3ce a day, after she left I continued sameway for a while, bfr later reduced to 2ce, and by d time she was 3momths, I had stopped already.

BS! BS!! BS!!!

I had the urge to poo, so he took me to the toilet and stood by the door, I only looked a little and stood up that I couldn't sit on the toilet, the urge to poo came again while I was standing in the toilet, so I pushed, then I felt baby's head in my Vagina, I told hubby that baby's head is here, he said it's a lie, I was almost crying while telling him that I was not lying that he should look, he bent down to look and saw baby's head, I had another urge and I tried to bend down and push, that was how baby came out and hubby quickly stretched his hands and baby landed in his hands, and I felt relieved around 3:15am

That's how research started o. When to try, things to do and eat etc. We started trying in October. November came and I guess we miscalculated cos period came. We tried again during my ovulation period in November. Lmp was 22nd. That's how the journey of 9months started.

Exactly what a friend did last week.
She requested to be discharged at 12., & dey r fine now.
Pls, by tmrw morning, start with d early morning sun therapy for him.
You may also get unripe pawpaw this eve, soak overnight, and start taking by tmrw morning.
0.3ml at each use is OK for him, you may drink "as water".
All is well jaire.
That nonsense dey r diagnosing upandan is not our babies' portion.

My August Cappo, please what can I do to help me baby bilirubin level come down. His sample was taken on Sunday, it was 9.8

On Tuesday, it was 10.4

Still waiting for today's result.

Friday is the naming ceremony and am still at the hospital. Please help me o.

Baby is fine IJN.
Ain't easy to be calm in "that room", but pls be!
Are u lactating well?
Is he sucking well?
Breast milk helps!!!
Ensure you breastfeed him v.well.

Is bobo cooperating under d light?
DeeDee didn't even cooperate wit us, she kept on crying & removing d mask, so she didn't really stay in as expected... A thing I think helped was (GRACE &..) breast milk.

My mum stayed up for me, but I kept on expressing for her, so we made sure she breastfed at least once in every 2hrs.
A nurse made us discover she gulped better using cup as we weren't even with f.bottle...
By the morning, d value came down....
All is well ma.
God wl intervene.

My legs are swollen because of lack of sleep. Will drop my BS when we are discharge.
