Well done Cappo. Still pushing it great. I thank God for a fairly easy pregnancy journey. It's only the need to lie down at intervals even if it's for 5mins, sometimes weakness from no where and sometimes pregnancy sleep that worries me. Heart Burn have greatly refused, I haven't taken Gestid Liquid in a long while now.

U shud see d work of d hematinic with time.. You may also incorporate watermelon in ur daily fruit intakes,
try meat organs (kidney & liver most esp) U shud be able to eat if pepper dey dr. Hospital too far juice also works wonder.
For foods, u may try blands till u regain ur appetite little by little.
I believe other mamas wud help us shook mouth.
May God's covenant of easiness work well for us in the rem. part of the journey.

Good morning mothers, my night was a stressful one. Couldn't sleep from 12mn, inshort I woke up from that time in severe waist pain, unable to lie on both sides,was so restless, nauseated and vomiting this morning. DH who is a med said it's normal....Ha ... normal to be in such distressing state. Pls any help cos insomnia isn't funny at all.
