RomanceRe: Why Do The Nigeran Women Reject Me? by HRhotness(f): 3:34am On Jun 15, 2008
Pls u guys shd leave Naija women alone. . .

Sometimes they themselves are afraid of rejection and that is why they stick with each other. . .

Nigerians generally are very proud but sometimes its just a minor case of inferiority complex
FamilyRe: Have Your Parents Ever Embarrass You? by HRhotness(f): 3:27am On Jun 15, 2008
I think this has nothing to do with where the parents are from

Parents were put on this earth to embarrass their kids in one form or the other sad

If you want to know what you look like, look in a mirror. People's comments can also be a mirror. They say only a real friend tells his friend that his mouth smells.

NEWS FLASH FOR YOU: you will be dealt with according to the interpretation or motives people give to your actions and not your real intentions or motives. So its up to us to adjust out behavior to such a point that our communication is accurate. In science the word used to describe this is "calibrate".

The change can ONLY come when you realize that although you are a "good" person with good intentions, there are parts of you that can hurt the people you care for without your even knowing or intending to.
Someone who I respect a great deal used to say something to that effect. . .

I can see how my intentions could easily be misunderstood; I guess our problems boil down to communication or lack of it.

I do undestand that these traits are also my worst flaws and I apologise if i sounded defensive. . . I get tired of explaining myself sometimes grin

Your comments however r noted grin grin grin

Car TalkRe: Quick Question by HRhotness(op): 12:57pm On Jun 14, 2008
Siena:
Ah, but no one sets out to deliberately crash a car.

That's why the word "accident" is in the dictionary.
You too can have accidents so your point is somewhat invalid. . .

It all boils down to trust then!

fotodaddy:
My own be say, before I go give you ma car or bike, I got to dey sure say you fit buy am. Cos if you crash am, I no go hear sorry!!! angry angry Na straight to market so you go buy me new one. I no fit shout!!! grin grin
So in other words u wldnt let her anywhere near ur toyshuh
Car TalkRe: Quick Question by HRhotness(op): 12:23pm On Jun 14, 2008
Siena:
Abandoned being the operative word.

I should "abandon" all the work I've put into my car?
Hell, no!
Supposing she crashes it, what then? My car isn't one you could go out to buy, it'll have to be built.
Now u are just over-reacting. . .

ofcourse she should appreciate all the work u put in, she wont be your girl if she didnt!

And she would appreciate the show of trust if u do let her in the drivers seat, it would obiovsly be very callous of her to crash your car  lipsrsealed

Hi Aysometin,
Could u please tell me which of the Secret Oil u used and found helpful?. Was it the omagba-onitsha, emene-enugu or the
simmonds gerberding?. The one i bought from Peckham in London was made in Patricia Milton but made in Emene. i am yet to start using it and i want to confirm if this is the one you are having so much luck with or if i have to search for another. Thanks. Elsie.
the Secret Oil u found is the original one that I recommended. , i can personally vouch for that as it is the one i am currently using!

I personally dont trust cosmetic or beauty products made in the east part of Nigeria, u can never really say whats in it sad

i travelled with bellview last yr because i was broke and it was an emergency.I was pleasantly surprised at their service and how smoothly the flight went. . .  the downside is their ridiculous baggage allowance angry

I never fly BA, I'm racist!

I use KLM if I want to fly straight to Cardiff, but I hate connecting flights. . .  why the hell would I want to take 14hrs for a trip that is usually 6hrs long?

Virgin Nigeria or Virgin Atlantic is usually it for me  grin ( the gatwick thing really sucks tho)

If you value your friendship, you will stop trying to get your friend to change and accept her as she is; as stupid as her opinions and decisions might be to you, they are important to her and this should be the only reason for them to be important to you too. tongue tongue tongue
On the contrary, I definately am not trying to change her, i just dont know why we cant agree to disagree. I understand my standards are mine and mine alone but whenever i voice my opinions, she gets so defensive and takes it that i'm trying to change her. . .

i try not to say what i think when i am unhappy about something but she reads me like a book. if anything i feel like she's trying to change me and it makes me really unhappy sometimes. . . I have accepted her for who she is, dont understand why she cant do the same for me sad
