Ayomax: This happened to me April this year, I wanted to subscribed to airtel android bundle 2k for 3gb, using quickteller to buy airtime, I mistakenly input a wrong number, after the transaction I got my debit alert and I was expecting to see my credit next on my phone, after waiting for 5mins I decided to check the number I sent the credit, to my greatest surprise it was a wrong number, I typed 8 instead of ?. I quickly dialed the number to plead but the number was switched off, I sent a txt msg begging the owner of the sim, I also called airtel customer Centre and they confirmed the 2k credit is there but they can't do nothing about it and I should be praying the owner of the sim activate the line back and he/she is kind enough to return it. this yeye number have been switched off since then, even till this moment. na so my money enter Bush ooo!!!! so what your craziest moment this 2015. My craziest moment is reading this and wondering why it wasn't my number you sent it. |

vivianblog1: I love the game of football, and today, as I was watching a game, it occurred to me that even the most talented footballer in the world can not go anywhere if he will not work with others. Talent may win some games, but only teamwork wins the Championship. Jesus Christ our Lord, was born to bring people together and no matter the temptation to pursue individual or group interests over the collective, let us not forget that you and I belong to Team Nigeria and we must never allow individual or group aspirations distract us from the Championship ambition we have as a nation to be a beacon of hope in Africa and a pillar of the International Community. Romance › Re: Why Condom does not guaranty HIV prevention. by HRich(m): 2:03pm On Dec 24, 2015 |
Toks2008: I know this topic will shock many people who believe in the propaganda that the use of condom is a formidable prevention against HIV but unfortunately, using a condom does not prevent you from contracting HIV but only reduces the chance of contracting it.
Now read this and i doubt if you will ever read this anywhere else because the condom industry is a huge one and facts like this may not be widely disseminated but here i give it to you to ponder over.
-Human immunodeficient Virus(HIV) is very virulent and can pass through through unnoticeable and painless skin abrasion on the penile shaft as well as the vaginal region.
-The viral load is present in cervico-vaginal fluid and of-course in the blood.
-We will agree that in most cases if not all,the condom no matter how carefully worn still exposes some part of the penile shaft and this is where the problem lies because in most cases, the vaginal secretions come in contact with this exposed region of the shaft.
-This means an automatic entry of the virus from the vaginal fluid into the man especially when there are some abrasions on the penile skin which of-course is so delicate and easily bruised.
-If the man also has the virus and he happens to have any form of abrasion on the penile shaft then the woman can easily contract the virus once the Unclad part of his shaft touches the walls of the vaginal.
This is just a simple illustration to show that condoms are no guarantee prevention against HIV.
Staying faithful to one sexual partner who is HIV negative and will not be silly enough to indulge in careless sexual act with an infected individual remains the best way to prevent HIV.
The bottom line is that no one is really safe and we all stand the risk of contracting it as the Virus has a transient period between when it is contracted and when it can be detected in the blood so you may meet someone who is tested negative today and later may test positive.

TolstoyFan: Nigeria's First Lady, Hajia Aisha Buhari has said 7 Nigerians in the past administration of President Goodluck Jonathan stole N3.3 trillion meant for the development of the country. The president's wife made this disclosure while speaking at the get-together for social media changers in Aso Villa, Abuja. In her words,"N3.3 trillion was embezzled by only 7 people. Young people should monitor monetary allocations to ministries and demand judicious use of same."
One of the attendees at the event Japheth Omojuwa confirmed this via his verified Twitter handle.

a2space: I am a 37 year old bachelor and I must confess that never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that someday I would be desperate to get married. When I was in my twenties, I used to hear of desperation amongst ladies to get married but I never clearly understood the feeling. I felt it was a "lady thing" until I got to the age of 34yrs. One day I was in my bedroom suddenly I felt the rush of emotions come upon me so strongly that all of a sudden started making me feel desperate for marriage. By the following year the desperate feeling became like torture and the loneliness was so depressing. I could no longer stand it when I attended weddings to see other young couples getting married. I could no longer stand it when I hear people discussing marriage around me.
I became like an object of fun in the office when they would call me "the oldest bachelor". I'm telling you, the feeling is not funny at all. Even when people innocently ask "Hey, why are you not yet married?" or "what are u waiting for?" It's a question that I just can't take emotionally. Though I'm doing my best to tie the knot soon but I must confess that it is a feeling that I don't even wish my enemies to have.
If me as a guy could be feeling like this, I can just imagine what single ladies of marriageable age are passing through emotionally. For those of you reading my post, it is my prayer that you all get married at the right time and age so that you don't have to pass through the same emotional trauma of loneliness and desperation to get married.
