i don't know about your organisation but i know there is no tax rebate for 13th month in practice.. I stand to be corrected by my senior professionals...It is always pro rated, so you might not easy notice it.i.e you received the actual amount but has being removed from previous salary

I think this is fantastic and clear-cut.

If anyone gets a call, common sense means the candidate is being considered and they just need clarity or evidence of some of the claims on your profile or some of your claims during interview.
I wish to the very best that you asked for clarity when you got the call to know what exactly they are asking for or ask for some pointers as to what documents precisely.

So check your profile again, ensure the information is accurate and pray to God more.

I think its probably a congratulatory message next.

However, be weary, as it may also be scam but as usual, if there is something you need clarity on, you can always come back to the thread before you fall innocently.

What really is the interview meant to assess because not many questions were asked? Aside, the questions asked were current affairs and technical and these are not really the questions that will unravel your suitability for a role.

Is it about showing up to answer those technical + current affairs questions that appears to already have been allowed to a candidate?

The other assessments possible would be your dressing, confidence, composure etc. So do the questions asked carry the most weight. What if you couldn't answer one or two of the three questions?
