Dating And Meet-up ZoneRe: Be Re-united with Old Friends! by Hsmpwise(m): 7:57pm On Apr 17, 2008
Shalom!

Grateful if any old pupil (1974/75 set) of Seventh Day Adventist Primary School, Abule-Oja, Yaba, Lagos or any old student (1979/80 set) of Igbobi College, Yaba, Lagos could help in linking me up with either of these dear old friends:

     - Dominic Nwaukwa. Last saw this gentleman at Yaba bus-stop in 1987 or thereabout. I knew he worked for Union
       Bank at one time and could still be there. Last known address was at Abule- Oja, Yaba, Lagos.
       Dominic is of Igbo origin, but you can never find a better Lagosian than him. He speaks Yoruba fluently.
       It would be a pleasure to be re-united with this dear old friend.

     - Alaba Omolewa, or as we used to call him, Omo-ni-beauty. Also a product of the two schools listed above. A real
      gentleman. Last known address was at Oguntolu Street, Somolu, Lagos when he was staying with his brother.

And finally, are you there Ukoha? This is a call for Dr Ukoha Ukoha Ngwobia, a medical doctor and product of the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife. Dr Ngwobia hails from Ohafia in the Eastern part of Nigeria. I last saw him at Akwa when i paid him a visit in 1990. Ukoha is a friend i find extremely difficult to forget. A completely de-tribalised Nigerian.

Would be happy if any Nairalander could help with linking me up with any of these precious friends.

@Efosa Val

This is probably my best thread on this forum. It is exciting and depicts you as an exciting, mischievous and  beautiful soul who really appreciates life! smiley

Please keep the thread going and let the pics keep rolling!

I really need to search to contribute my own quota!! Life becomes meaningless if we cannot see it from a funny and beautiful angle. And just before stopping, you are really a beautiful lady with a handsome hubby.

@vassilli,

i quarrel wit u? u knw me before?
u no c say i don make d correction 4 d post?
if i no take d correction i go change am?
Abeg o.
I knw say na your type go community high sch,
Mr Onos,

It is nice to know that my type that went to community high school can still correct your type that attended special private schools,Mr Blockhead. All you could have done initially was to make the correction and keep your dirty mouth shut. However, since etiquette was never part of your attribute, you decided to flap your mouth and got an adequate response. So, why fretting?

You know what? Going to my thread to leave unintelligent messages will do you no good. You are purely an irritant. A word of suggestion, if you are too big to accept a correction and say thank you, why not just simply keep shut?! huh

@vassilli

  You, Mr Onos -"Hsmpwise" Hemisphere abi ki lo pe ira e?
u seem to b a lousy arrongant fellow
Ki ni prob e?

There is a big problem on this forum. First it was "kingsikaz", then "poeticsoul" and now "vassilli". The ease with which people turn to personal attacks here is amazing. I wonder why the main topic would be left alone and personal attacks engaged in. I only posted a forum and kingsikaz was irked by my personal greetings. When the by-line of same kingsikaz was corrected, he was furious as he saw it as a no-go area. Yet he could attack other people's greetings with impunity. I guess that is called double standard and hypocrisy. Then from the blue came "poeticsoul" deliberately fishing for trouble. He had little to say on the topic. Now, it is the turn of a so-called "vassilli".

For you vassilli, i would say that it was quite difficult understanding what you wrote as i really did not know whether to call it Yoruba or English. Apart from that, it showed that it originated from the depths of a stupid mind. You did not contribute anything to the topic other than to pick on me. This depraved mentality would fetch you no progress in life. I remain what i am, irrespective of idiots like you that this social forum is throwing up. You wonder if i am arrogant? Yes, i have got reasons to be because i do not suffer fools like you, gladly. You are an intellectual nincompoop, mere idiot. Just look at the way you spelt arrogant?! tongue "arrongant" my big toe! grin

There are quite a number of theories as regards sudden upsurge of the likes of poeticsoul and vassilli. One is that they are comrade-in-arms of kingsikaz, i mean members of the Yahoo brotherhood. Another is the possibility of kingsikaz manifesting in all these aliases. Whatever, i am very capable of handling you all. I am awaiting the next one to surface.

@vassilli:

    "Prof, u knw say i b sec sch drop out
    no mind my English"

Well, it remains for you to know the level of your education. That is not my business. And if you need to improve yourself to communicate in public forums, please make necessary amends. All i did was point out a very obvious error. I pray for the day when Nigerians will gladly accept mistakes and move on from there. Precedence obviously makes sense. I don't know what to make of "Presidence". cool

Nairaland GeneralRe: Bombshell ! Girl Of 18 Slept With Over 50 Men ! by Hsmpwise(op): 12:11am On Mar 15, 2008
Shalom!

@poeticsoul:

I guess you should rather be called "pathetic soul"! The timing of your response leaves much to be desired. Were you recruited by that other guy i had a few exchanges with? Why are you behaving like a coward? On one hand you insulted me, at the same time tried to blackmail me from not responding. Cowardly!

In the first instance, what is your business with my exchanges with kingsikaz? Why not reply the subject matter rather than deliberately spoiling for a fight? Another error is that you have no moral right to judge me, just like you admonish me not to judge someone else.

Can you see that you are full of contradictions? I wonder why this thread is bringing up people like you. Dear "patheticsoul", why not face the subject matter and stop being silly and pettish. I guess kingsikaz can adequately defend himself. And if it is kingsikaz using another alias to attack, i am all game!

@donmayor,

Are you, in a way, repeating the age-old saying - a people get the type of leader they deserve? We are thieves and in return, being ruled by thieves. What goes round comes round! So much so for the Nigerian situation. sad
CultureRe: Are Expensive Funerals Necessary? by Hsmpwise(m): 10:08pm On Mar 11, 2008
Shalom!

@post,

Expensive funerals WILL never be necessary. They serve no end and are unjustifiable. Most times it serves the purpose of personal aggrandisement for those who engage in it. It is an anti-social behaviour that does not further the progress of societies that engage in it. It is odious and reprehensible. It is a sign of moral and societal indiscipline.

Expensive funerals are societal aberrations calling for urgent solutions, just like the abominable act of "spraying". Those who engage in it probably need some form of psychiatric assessment! angry

My only comment is - Na wa o! It has been hilarious going through this thread. Mr ayoappeal (the only solution to his generation) has really demonstrated his appeal once again! I am more than convinced that his "much intelligent" girl is not really too far away. Despite the persecution and all that, there is no punishment. No be Shina Peters talk am - "grammar no be my language" Honestly, he has good company on Nairaland!!

ayoappeal, you are a real "genius". Your own pass "intelligent". The only illuminous star in our horizon!!!

Honestly, i have no latest update on this scoundrel. When i do, i will inform the house. By way of speculation, she must be counting close to 70 or 80 now! grin

Can understand your feelings. Food and Housing are of utmost priority, likewise Security. If a government admits failure in some areas, it might attempt solution in another. This may be the state government intention.

Let us wish the government every luck! Hoping the cameras will not be removed and sold at Idumota!!
