@ JK,
I pray that God answers, maybe i should ask nicer.
Cannot wait to put a reasonable distance btw us and Chelski.
They have got halitosis-Chelsea's breath smells like pooooooooo.
I will rather have Arsenal, Bolton and Liverpool behind Utd than Chelsea.

Against Club Brugge.
Spurs is back and i agree with Chacal that Chelsea might drop 2 points on sunday.
Fatigue is the key as Chelski's players are still feeling the effects of the tie with Barcelona.

@ Grizzly bear,
Winter is so near and i might have to call u a polar bear soon.
Who gives a Bleep about what u agree on.
Did u see Berbatov last night?
Defoe, Lennon and co.
Chelsea will be grilled black on sunday.

This a syk thread.

In my mind,
My TEAM:
Manager: Jose Mourniho(His statistics is awesome. Won 18 games and drew 1 in 19 games at home last season)

Formation: 4-2-3-1(Killer formation. Tested and trusted on PS2 games)

Keeper: Edvin Van De Sar(Good communication, agility and experience)

Rightback: Gary Neville(Good crosses, joins the attack, keep his head calm)
Leftback: Gabriel Heinze (Sheer grit, no-nonsense, set-pieces)
Centerback: Rio Ferdinand(Calmness, aerial threats, good going forward)
Centerback: Kolo Toure(Super-strong, might kill someone soon)

First central midfielder: Steven Gerrard( No questions. Awesome ball delivery, Great vision, sublime skills, set-pieces)
Second central midfielder:Michael Essien(Vieira/Keane/Makelele in one. Good interceptions, pacy, links the attack)

Right wing forward: Cristiano Ronaldo(The best in the league. Dangerous, skillful, both feet is great)
Deep central forward: Wayne Rooney(Who else?)
Left wing forward: Ryan Giggs(A wizard. Can dash past any defender on his day)

Centerforward: Thiery Henry(Top Gun, Predator, Terminator and the Punisher)
SportsRe: Please Can Arsenal Compete? I'm Getting Scared by hucarson(m): 9:53pm On Oct 27, 2006
@ nightrider,
Its a bit of history but i need to lay it down.
United and Chelsea are the only 2 teams yet to lose at the Reebok stadium.
Unfortunately, Wenger is yet to record a victory over Bolton.

United will rip Bolton apart 2mrw and thats official.
FYI, United and Chelsea are still 5 points ahead of Arsenal cos the gooners need to win the 1 game at hand.
Don't count chickens until they are hatched.
Can Arsenal beat new-improved Everton? Y'all know the answer is Nahhhhhhhhhhh.

I think someone has to put his foot down and take control.
Mustay or Mustaq needs to get his mouth sealed as most of his comments are horrendously bollocks.
Why are u trying hard to get noticed with ur nasty comments and stuffs.
Where exactly did u spring out from?

Learn to control ur craze-aided thoughts and respect other members.
You are new here and i believe u should learn to crawl first before u walk.
With all due respect to all Chelski fans- i think this new import of yours need some months spent in a remote lunatic asylum.
HE is a bloody irritant

SportsRe: Drogba Simply Africa's Best! No Beef by hucarson(m): 5:51pm On Oct 27, 2006
Etoo is clearly a better striker than Drogba from all perspectives.
Samuel Etoo is all about pace, movement, positioning, aerial prowess and strength.
He is the best striker in Spain and his recent injury has left Barca in tatters.

Didier Drogba has no pace though also good in the air but i dont think he is better than Etoo aerially.
Etoo has won Champions league this season, won the golden boot in Spain, led Cameroon to ANC 2006 S/finals with Spanish La Liga under his belt.
The award is pointing in one directiion and that is Cameroon.

Samuel Etoo all the way.
Cheers, mate!!!!!!!!!!!

I have missed Nairaland.
Who are these new members?
Kitaun, pls fill me in.

United's clash @ Reebok looks tricky to me.
Bolton plays football in an annoying way and we need an early goal to force em out and play.
Scholes and Carrick will have their hands full but i can't wait to have Ronaldo back in the team.
Rooney and Solskjaer should start after Solskjaer's recent display.

Drop in form?
Which team in the world maintains its form throughout a season?
Teams pick up their form and drop in form every now and then and thats a normal trend.
Man Utd hasn't dropped one bit in form and United's game yesterday was awesome.
Reading FC team played a very compact game and don't think any team will run on em easily.

What about Wenger's own quota in developing home-grown talents?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by hucarson(m): 9:02am On Sep 24, 2006
Even die-hard gunners will tell u that Heinze is the best in the Premiership.
No question about that.
No manager in the world will choose Ashley Cole over Heinze in a football club.
There's so much noise about Cole because he is a Brit.
Cole will not even make the 1st team in France and Brazil.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Tottenham Are You Watching! by hucarson(m): 8:53am On Sep 24, 2006
Their finances hit rock bottom.
Leeds wasn't rich.
They suffered a financial crisis that saw them slip out of the Premiership.

Only the blind people in the world will say that.
Make-shift defender, William Gallas is better than Ashley Cole.
Gabriel Heinze is 1,000 times better than Ashley Cole and i am not saying this cos i am a United fan.
He is one of the best Ferguson's signings in a decade.
Tell me any incident where Gabby has been ridiculed before in any Premiership game and i will give u $200.

Ashley Cole compared to Heinze?
U must be a dreamer.
Tell me any defender that has been able to go past Heinze in his 2-3 seasons of playing in the Premiership?
Ashley Cole my ass.

I can name 5 different left-backs better than Ashley Cole in the Premiership.
Gabriel Heinze was voted the best player in defence to have ever played for PSG in August 2005.
He was voted the player of the season in his debut season by United fans in a list that had Rooney and Ronaldo.
Ashley Cole is good going forward but defending is not his best talent.
He is wack because i see tons of players making a mince-meal out of him everytime.
Pennant did a collateral damage on him 7 days ago so wake up if u are still dreaming.
Heinze is the man.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Tottenham Are You Watching! by hucarson(m): 8:11am On Sep 24, 2006
@ debosky,
Judge not or u will be judged first.
Tottenham might be struggling now but i want u to know they will buckle up.
Everton's run last season was worse than this and they still managed to stay up.
One thing i want u to know is any rich club can never fail in the Premiership.

Martin Jol injected loads of players into his team thus altering the team balance.
Spurs is still a decent side and had they taken their chances against Liverpool they wld have won the match or at least a draw.
If Jol can sort out the confidence of the striking department then Spurs will bounce back.
If he can get 3-4 victories on a trot for Spurs then their fortune might change for the better.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Mosseuir Wenger's Race Fight With The English: Can He Survive This? by hucarson(m): 7:51am On Sep 24, 2006
@ Loyika,
The thread is not fair now because Arsene Wenger's policy is questioned.
I am sure the thread would be fair to u if it was Mourinho's inadequacies we are probing.
How can u be biased so blindly that u sometimes u are quick to defend anything Wenger?
Can u tell me how Wenger has contributed his own quota in the development of English players?
Ashley Cole is the only home- bred player Wenger has developed in 10 years. Isn't that woeful?

The English wanted Wenger as a manager?
I dunno where u got that information from but i can tell u categorically that its a big lie.
Fact: Madrid wanted Wenger but can i really reckon with Real Madrid who offered Carlos Queiroz(Utd's no. 2 manager) the job of a manager?
No one is questioning Wenger's ability as a manager.
He is a brilliant club manager but his foreign legion policy is detrimental to the development of football in England.
How would u feel as a Nigerian if 11 foreign players line up for Enyimba FC in Champions league match in Africa?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by hucarson(m): 7:37am On Sep 24, 2006
@ Kitaun,
That is a beef talk.
Gabriel Heinze is being paid to defend and throw in the tackles and he did that superbly.
He is non-arguably the best left full back in the Premiership and i missed him a lot.
I hope to see Alan Smith as well cos these are the rocks of the Man Utd team.
U can never doubt their passion for the club.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Man Utd Vs Arsenal: The Die Is Cast! by hucarson(m): 12:21am On Sep 24, 2006

Arsenal fans love to celebrate shit victories.
Three goals against a team like Sheff Utd is wack as far as i am concerned.
Its still a long hard season and anything can still happen so y'all fans should calm down.
Every big team will still drop points at one time or the other so leave the poppin of the champagne till May of next year.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by hucarson(m): 12:04am On Sep 24, 2006
Man Utd was robbed again to lose 2 points no thanx to a visually-impaired referee.
Ronaldo justified himself again as one of the best players with a goal with his own individual brilliance.
Reading FC defended very well and their defence was disciplined. Thumbs up for 'em.

There's light at the end of the tunnel as United is buckling up to claim the 1st spot.
I was very happy today as Heinze made his 1st start in over 12 months for Man Utd.
If we had Heinze against Arsenal then we wldn't have lost the match.
GO MAN U GO MAN U GO.
