I used to be like this too but I bought my current phone, Redmi 7 here. I have bought 2 PS3 here too (although the ps3s were from the same person and I never met the guy before)

This is my advice. Use escrow. I never used escrow in all my transactions but that was because

1. When I bought the redmi, I met the guy face to face. I had to travel to Ibadan from Iwo, Osun state sef. To avoid bank transfer stories, I withdrew the money and had the whole cash with me cos I didn't want to hear "I have not seen alert"

2. When I bought the PS3, I bought it from someone well known on nairaland. If you want to buy something, create a post asking people to vouch for the seller but this doesn't work for everyone as some people are not that popular here and no one would vouch for them. This doesn't make them a fraud but still don't trust them. In this case, I would advice meeting them. Or use escrow. Some people don't like using escrow, if that's the case, meet them face to face. The only people you should trust and transfer money to without meeting are established businesses on NL, people that others will vouch for a lot and people that have a lot to lose if their reputation should be tarnished

I almost lost my life to bad Doctors because of Wrong Diagnosis and tests. I was given sabutamol , Theophylline and Azithromycin for GERD instead of esomeprazol. My dad did not survive. He was treated for malaria,low blood level. His test shows that his heart beat was way higher and the Doctor did not see it. He was transferred from a Private Hospital to Naval referral hospital then LUTH where he died of Arrhythmia. If you were the Child whose father was diagnosed wrongly for things obvious. How would you feel about Nigeria Doctors neglect.

I am so sorry about your Dad. My Dad died at OAUTH also. Although I didn't even know what was really going on with him as I was still a little young (14, not that young though) and my mum and his siblings were in charge of taking him around. They just called one Thursday after about 2 weeks in the hospital and announced that we were fatherless.

I want to start this business of selling cheaps things from Lagos. Either phones or even game consoles. I am leaning towards game console for now (old ones like PS3 especially) but I can only buy from people that sell for gamers and just add some money to sell here. Pls I want to know where I can get wholesale price or buy from where these guys that sell the games in Lagos buy too. remove it from your cabinet and place it in open space make sure cool air is reaching it somehow and if you have a standing fan point it towards your ps3 so it'll give it extra cooling before you get ylod

The game is overheating, too much dust is blocking the heat sink, you need to take to a service person who would clean the heat sink properly cause I know it's never been cleaned before. Failure to do so and you risk damaging your PS3 in future.

I will clean it. But actually, what was causing it was the nylon wrapped around it. I didn't remove all of it until favricc told me to and it's true cos I played the game for like an hour yesterday and it didn't make noise. I will find time to clean out the dust though

Game is not slow at all. And I have not even gone anywhere. Still in the first building where robbery takes place. What I am saying is, the fan runs so fast and loud that it makes me fear for the console lol. Although someone has taught me what to do to minimize it

So I got this shiny PS3 fat from Favricc...the trusted boss himself yesterday. All the games that came with it are working well and the console is neat. However, I noticed that when I play GTA 5, the console fans starts to run at a higher rate making a much louder noise while running. I know it's because the game is an heavy game so I am worried for my beautiful new PS3 lol....I just want to ask, would this not affect the console if I should continue playing the game...I have decided not to play it till I ask people cos I love GTA a lot and will like to start digging into the story. Abeg, elders in PS3 games
