Please reread my post, i didn't say they left for the good nor for their interests. My point is on buhari, if he has been good, they wouldn't have the reason of moving to another camp just because they thought the opposition would likely win.

For clearer view, buhari incompetence is what is making these big wigs to opt out. And making the opposition a better option.

Really doesn't cost most of us much being of HELP but then, it would be greatly Abused (that's if your request is Genuine to begin with).

And you know what the most annoying things is - Lending a Helping Hand only to realize You were Played.

Going into Blogging doesn't necessarily mean You Must Own a Laptop. Back in the days, even yahoo Boys worked from CyberCafes.

I would suggest you do same till you could own a Laptop if that's really a Necessity to you.

You could Buy Bulk time (don't know if that still exists) or Regular Cybercafe time and use it judiciously.
Since you already own a Smart phone, you could use it to gather your contents, know what URLs you would be copying from (since that's what most of you do) so when you get to the Cafe, you don't spend more time Scouring for information.

You could even make a friend with the Cafe worker so you get to Enjoy certain benefits.
Alternative, you could get closer to a friend of yours who owns a laptop so you could use it regularly.

All these might be inconveniencing BUT there are Scarifies to be made in most things of this Life.

Wouldn't be surprised finding out you own a Mobile Phone capable of getting you a Laptop.

I think i need it for my own convienence, a full time student like me who goes to class/lecture at 7am to 3pm wouldn't have the chance to go cyber cafe, i still have to manage my time towards this and my education.

I know how it is when rendering help to person you don't know if he/she is lying or not.

From the above comments i was able to deduce some points.

1. It is not about having the 'shops' or building a real life AI model just to show off you can compete with the whites. It is all about what you give to the society, the benefits and how has it improve the lives around you. If i may ask "the so called 'shops' or AI organisations in Nigeria, how have they impacted lives or what solution do they have for problem ravaging Africa.?

2. This point i want to say, is almost related with the above, yes i have to say this, we should be more concerned about improving our environment before thinking of competing with these white folks. Let deal with how we eradicate hunger, bad leaders, disease, poverty etc.

We can't not be hungry and be coding.

If i don't have money for all resources needed for AI modelling, how will the dream come true?

My point is we must first provide an enabling environment for technology to strive in great pace.
