the only way to get log into your email again is obtaining another password through the "forgotten password" help desk. After filling in your details, your will be asked to await for sms. It won't take up to 3 minutes, you will recieve the sms containing a code.

Yes it matters that one speaks and writes well. Granted English is not our mother tongue but it has become our lingua franca and even more significantly in this era of a globalised world English language is very important.

i understand your point.
The thing is most times, people tend to be more on the English language rather than hearing the point of the message. I find it irritating.
