Walamu: I fully understood your point. You are saying the funds won't be enough. And i say the Government should use the little funds well. You keep insisting that we should contribute to enhance our economy. I insist that they should first use the fund well. If they are not using the funds well, we contribute the money and bring industries, Government would come again as tax collectors , milk you and spend the money on irrelevance. You can see that at that stage we will remain stagnant. I said it before, the problem won't be solved the way we want it. But if Government uses the funds well, i said it before, we would be a step ahead, then if the fund Government got isn't enough, your proposal would be feasible. The other alternative to your proposal is if Nigerians are being able to manufacture foods and commodities for within and outside, the Government have a lesser problem to solve. That is building more industries for this activity. For Whatever labor chineses went through i don't care. The point remains that they didn't implement the kind of proposal of yours. Are there not foreign companies in Nigeria? Don't use foreign companies as an excuse. |

Walamu: what you are implying is that we abolish capitalism and adopt communism. That what you are saying? Contributing to bring our system to standard won't bring about the development we need. We will do below par. Bro walmart did little effort in bring china up, major improvement of economy in china was by the chineses. They went into farming, diversified and used their funds well. They didn't contribute like communists nor did an european country or company came to their aid when their economy was below standard. |

Walamu: you guys should stop saying trashes. China didn't become great with that kind of proposal. Chinese population is more than that of Nigeria, yet it is hundred steps ahead of Nigeria. Even bringing China to contrast with Nigeria is like contrasting hill with mountain in terms of economic and population. Contributing like communists would solve less. It is all about how the Government use the funds they got plus how citizens manufacture foods and commodities.. 1 Like |

Obakuso: did you know that FG has planned to spend 242billion naira on 2019's election? A certain billion of naira for feeding police officers for only one day(2019 election day) alot of wastage of funds on stupid things which let in controversies. If our Government uses taxes, funds gotten from sales of oil (and other raw materials) well, it would have been a step ahead. There are other Africa countries that are improving, take a look at kenya, ghana, south africa, egypt etc. They are already ahead. They aren't communist countries. Their government is running the system that way. |

Obakuso: such a myopic and baseless assertion. You mean we should be contributing money to bring our system to standard? So what happened to the tax that we pay? The fund gotten by the government through selling of our oils and raw materials? Mention one developed country that became great in economic, technologies and alot that pass the same procedure that you want us to get into? The situation of our environment lies on the government whether bad or good. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Good idea. But the issue is there are alot of Nigerians that won't recognize this, because of their hatred towards a party won't make them make the right choice anyway. Like those two guys above me. Core-buharists would take this idea of restructuring as bulshit because they want buhari to rule again regardless the harm he has done in 3 years. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

COMMAND-LINE STRING INPUT python allows for command line input. That means we are to ask user for input. The following example asks for user's name, then, by using the "input()" method, the program prints the name to the screen: p r i n t ( " e n t e r y o u r n a m e : " ) x = i n p u t ( ) p r i n t ( " h e l l o " + x ) save this file as demo_string_input.py, and load it through the commmand line: the program will prompt the user for a string: _____________________ ENTER YOUR NAME: _____________________ The user now enters a name like HUMCHI then the program prints it to screen with a little message: HELLO HUMCHI 1 Like 1 Share |

INDENTATION: python uses indentation for blocks, instead of curly braces. Both tabs and space are supported, but the standard indentation requires standard python code to use FOUR spaces. For example: x = 1 #indented four spaces p r i n t ( x ) ________________________ |

PYTHON STRINGS: like many other programming languages, strings in python are arrays of bytes representing unicode characters. However, python does not have a character data type, a single character is simply a string with a length of 1. Square brackets can be used to access elements of the strings. Example - get the character at position 1. a = " h e l l o " p r i n t ( a [ 1 ] ) Another example. Substring. Get the character from position 2 to position 5. b = " w o r l d " p r i n t ( b [ 2 : 5 ] ) 1 Like 1 Share |

I understand your points. They are actually true if i see it from your own perspective. That doesn't mean the former thread is wrong anyway. What i am going to say is my personal opinion, you see we shouldn't sugercoat something which is somehow twisted. I think we should weigh the possibilities of one winning or hitting a jackpot and of one losing. The possibility of one losing is much higher than one winning. In gambing, one winning is 1 out of 10 while one losing is 9 out of 10. The message former thread was preaching was that one should invest the time and money on something he or she wouldn't regret even if he loses. Investing money on business is more sensible (i think) and worthdoing. The proceeds from betting won't last long because you would go and bet with it again inquest to gather more, which you might lose everything it again. But a business's proceed invested on the business would increase it profit and productivity. My opinion. 2 Likes |

Darivie04: heehheee modules and libraries are pretty much the same. The issue is different languages use it interchangly. C language call it library python call it module. You can call pygame a module or library. Being more precise in python, you say it is module. 1 Like 1 Share |

This man seems to be a retard or something? robosky02: This is about FIFA law.
between you and FIFA, so who has the right to say who to play in FIFA competition? You have to obey their laws over urs because you are in their organisation. If you are going contrary to their rule, two things are involved, it is either you stop contravening or go out of the organisation to continue with your native way. It is simple, a body's law was contravened, you are issued a warning to be ban. Then you got the gut to say you don't have to ignore your native law for their law. Quit from FIFA to continue your law or comply with their law. Simple. |

I am already done with some aspects of python. Variables, functions, class, delete file, write file , open file, arrays, etc are done. I am now on python mySQL. I started learning python last month around 26th day. I would have be through with python if not for procastination and some trivial distractions. 5 Likes 1 Share |
