After world cup ke! I think Onomah has not been approached by NFF. We need to cap dem as soon as possible.

Abraham can go to the world cup if he plays well and decides to play for Nigeria.
I will advice the nff do another UK camping....
just like the get together recently where Aina, Chuba and co....get to train wit the SE....early next year...
during one of the international break...by so doing we will likely get some of them...get to train and play wit the SE....

and then get possibly some of them ..in our hook...

STANDBY: Uche Agbo (Standard Liege, Belgium); Henry Onyekuru (Anderlecht FC, Belgium); Kenneth Omeruo (Chelsea FC, England); Aaron Samuel (CSKA Moscow, Russia); Alhassan Ibrahim (Akwa United); Stephen Eze (FC IfeanyiUbah); Ifeanyi Ifeanyi (Akwa United)

You do not appreciate his background or the circumstances surrounding it. It's not everything I can say here.

It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH RESPECT.

Do you know what it's like to be abandoned by your Father or have a Father who abused a mother. Add to that live and grow up outside Nigeria. You need to empathise and not jump to conclusions so quickly.
Ok...sir komekn...

Jordan Ibe situation is quite complicated, do not be too judgemental and presumptuous.

Ibe's mother separated from his biological Father at a very early age and remarried. Her husband Michael is Jamaican and there has been an almost zero Nigerian input into his life. In addition Michael brought Ibe up from a very young age, the only Father he has ever known is Michael.

It was never about the chance to play for England but he is just has no connection to Nigeria. You could blame his mother but then you don't what possible hell she went through with Ibe's biological Nigerian father.

I see a lot of bitter and damaged Nigerian origin kids who have been abandoned by thier Fathers. What do you expect them to think of Nigeria in those circumstances. Lots of love and affectionhuh
but the way he turned down Nigeria advances was an opportunity he threw away...
very few players like that....get to be convinced by a national team coach and assistant....
a wise lad will be indecisive....
it goes show...he has no respect for Nigeria...
he should stay in England..

Having a rethink about my prior line up

Akpeyi bearing last change according Rohr

Aina. Balogun. Ekong. Echijiele

Ndidi. ONazi
V. Moses. Mikel. Etebo

Nacho

If Rohr can risk omeruo and Ndidi at right back definitely I don't see reason for him not to risk a natural right back
Since Aina and Moses have played togther before ,then they should be a able to understand each other chemistry and Rohr has a special interest in Aina during the camp in UK.

Kind having different thought about our DM...

Ndidi and Onazi pivoting the two position then once in a while Ndidi can help in attacking... So far is not that discipline in green white green then onazi should sit back to shield the defense

Mikel should do his normal attacking midfielding and concentrate on unlocking the defence of the Cameroonians

V. Moses and Etebo should do the damage for us...

I having been thinking should nacho lead the attack? Or Ighalo? Then I will go for nacho... Cos

1. His appearance and his goal ration on national assignment
2. Working with vmoses Mikel and Etebo which has work in our last two world cup qualifiers
3. He got a fighting spirit.

On goalkeeping dept... According to some report Rohr said he does not know who will man the post...

Am thinking Ezenwa cos atleast he has been in the set up of eagles for some time now... he has some experience during the liga tour in Spain and I think he didn't disappoint...

Mr Akpeyi has a very 'good' record in conceeding in any National assignment... If he eventually man the post it will only take miracle for us not to conceed against the Cameroonians...

Substition

Don't think Mikel will be allow to play 90mins cos of fitness issue... Etebo will take his place then maybe musa will come in for him..

Nacho might be remove too... .then ighalo will take his place..

I'm wishing super Eagle of Nigeria maximum 3points come Friday...

Like Safarigirl... Me too dream about us winning grin

I wish we win come Friday...
no one knows if Aina have been cleared by FIFA....
FIFA is just annoying.....

Bros that Benin game is not a true test o. The only save Ezenwa made all evening was the penalty save. I am not hating on him o. I am just saying it as it is. Compare that with the nature of oppositions Akpeyi has faced: Egypt in Alexandria, Algeria, Senegal and South Africa.

Akpeyi is not being given a fair assessment here honestly. I am not saying he is a fantastic goalkeeper but he is not as bad as people tag him to be here.
see sense in your point sir....
but he is just so jittery while on the post...fear all over his face....

that's what i don't like....a goalie should be bold and brave....

anyway...let rohr play whoever he deem best

You want to start Awaziem at RB? No room for wild experiments in this game.

Remember what happened the last time we played Ndidi at RB?

It takes an experienced member of the team to switch positions like that. Like Omeruo playing RB against Algeria. Like also Shehu playing RB which is not his primary role (although he has played mostly RB for Nigeria than DM). Leon Balogun can also play RB. But not a newbie like Awaziem especially in a match of this calibre.

Plus I will pick Ndidi in the DM role over Onazi.
With Iwobi out I would move Etebo to LWF and play an Ndidi - Onazi (CM) midfield pair.

People clamouring for Mikel at CM, we need his creativity more in the AM position.
To unlock a stubborn defense you need very creative players in the AM/ Wing positions and Mikel is the most creative amongst our Midfielders.

Talking about Ezenwa, where were you when he was being treated like a piece of trash here. At least some of us stood up for Akpeyi.
yeah I was among those...who never wanted ezenwa and akpeyi near the eagles.....for reason that ezenwa wasn't the best in the domestic league....

but his performance against Benin made me....have a rethink...

at least he won't do another agbim on us....

for now....I think he is ahead...he should start If rohr deem it to be...

for your midfield pair...

you're right...onazi and ndidi will offer the much needed pace in these kind of match...
and etebo playing as winger wit V Moses gonna be deadly....

I think I like that....had it been Aina have been cleared by FIFA ....I don't mind him playing RB
he has a very good passing accuracy and ball control is top notch....

Victor Moses Confirms His Availability For World Cup Qualifiers Against Cameroon
Published: August 28, 2017
Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses has confirmed his availability for Nigeria's crucial World Cup qualifiers against Cameroon early next month.
Shortly after helping the Blues win their second straight game in the Premier League, the Super Eagle took to social media to announce that he will soon join the national team at their get-together in Abuja.
Moses, a former England U17 international, has not featured for the Super Eagles in 2017, having pulled out of the international friendly versus Senegal in March and June's AFCON qualifier against South Africa owing to injury.
The Chelsea number 15 posted on Instagram : ''Off to join up with Nigeria for international duty after a massive 3 points today! #CFC ''.
Since Moses made his debut for the national team, he has played in World Cup qualifiers against Namibia, Malawi (2), Kenya, Ethiopia (2) and Algeria.

Exclusive – FC Porto Snap Up Talented Nigerian Duo Kingsley Kuku & Isah Musa
August 27, 201701

The Nigerian contingent at FC Porto has swelled by two following the signing of two more Nigerians in Kingsley Kuku and Isah Musa, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

They are presently awaiting their visa at the Portuguese embassy in Abuja before they join the club to bring to five the Nigerian players on their books.

Chidozie Awaziem, Musa Yahaya and Chidera‎ Ezeh are the other Nigerians at the club, but only Yahaya is with the team where he is presently playing for the B team.

Kuku is a left footed forward who was cited by the club alongside Musa who is a pacy right wing back but can also play as a winger due to his fine ball playing abilities.

They were both picked up by scouts of the team during the annual Geelec scouting tournament in Keffi, Nasarawa State Nigeria earlier this year.
