Dude is good. grin

But I don't think he is the one.
Lol...bro.

me too.... but I know he is currently in the Germany youth team...likewise the brother...who can no longer play for us..because already changed his nationality affiliation to Germany and it can only be changed once....

I will be so sad if Aigbogun leave out this English dudes...

I rather pick all the good foreign born and exit the tournament early than to pick those grandpas and leave at the Q-Final that is if it is even possible self

I think I just love this ROHR even though his conservative attitude
and tactics annoys me sometimes

do you know that ROHR sent one of his assistant to monitor the flying eagles progress and matches in Germany...hoping to get one or two players to add to the AFCON squad....
just take a look at a man who knows what coaching entails

how I wish rohr was a Nigerian. ....
God give us another Rohr when ROHR leaves...

If it was not credible, i won't even say anything.

ANS, a completely different source reported the same thing.

Sport journalists close to local players in the team know what went on. Unfortunately, these things are kept hush-hush and are not uncommon.
you wasting yr time trying to talk them up...

why must such news spring up every time. ....it means there is a possibility of it being true...

one will rarely read that coming up in Europe. ..
I remember the Big Sam who was relieved of his job because of some allegations and the likes...

but here Sanusi was caught taking bribe and he was only suspended.

Nigeria glorifies corruption..... this country will rarely make progress.

for some days I was assigned by company to go to one of the foremost parastatal at CBD Abuja....
it will surprise you for three days I went there...just to have the cashier issue me receipts after my payment into the TSA account..became a problem.

they keep telling me he stepped out....each day I will wait for hours..this is someone working in an organisation...... where most Nigerians will love to work... today I was told he went to the mosque to pray by 10:30 and that was it...he never returned.

you see bro....fear nigerians who defend corruption.
I say this things because I live in abuja.
nigeria will rarely grow with this prevalent attitude of corruption.

This is something that was made public but went on to get zero traction. Knowing our recent history with coach bribe taking allegations this would have been taken lightly.

It would be utter stewpidity for the coach to recruit all those FB while knowing he has deals in place with the home based. He would have just acted like they didn't exist if that was what he wanted.
c'mon you are talking as if you don't know that we hB smart thieves in nigeria. ....

some persons can argue that he obviously recruited those foreign born lads to save his job..... and as well to checkmate eyebrows....

who doesn't know that Nigeria coaches and politicians are corrupt?
it's like sayin some of the current politicians ruling us are not corrupt all because they've not been indicted by the EFCC..... but in a reality every honest Nigerian knows fhe truth.....

That was because the British did not bother to train officers for what became the Nigerian Army until ten years before independence, which meant a lot of youngsters got promoted rapidly to fill ranks when the British left.

Then the coups of 1966 plus the civil war made matters worse.

But hey, by 1960 we had lots of Nigerians as officers. Unlike the DR Congo where by 1960, the first ever Congolese officer had just commenced training. Or Uganda that had just 2 Ugandan officers by independence
yea...many of the top head military officers then we're very young.
Kaduna Nzeogwu comes to mind...and this men speak better English than the ones we have now...

sometimes I think they're some coaches and scout here with us on this thread....

it is so ridiculous that one will see nothing wrong in the poor and lazy scouting of the under 20 handlers...even if it were to be foreign born I believe we even have more not on this team...... especially in the attack..... thank God he manage to call a few

I said players. You are talking about the home based lads stop with the pretense. You have done nothing but bring them down from age to quality to accusing the coach of bribery but fact remains they got us here.

Instead of focusing on the bad let's focus on the good like our CB pairing and our DMF. The expectation has always been to strengthen the team before the world cup so I don't see the need to start a campaign against this team.

No player on this team is on Samu's level but what we can hope for is that they can fill into some of our weaker positions.
stop shifting blames please.... they're some of you here...even when an Indegenous coach is caught taking kickbacks you guys will still support him.... and still claim he is transparent..
is it not glaring to you...that we have better players in the country who are truly under 20 and not in this team. .... are they the best under 20 players in the NPFL?

the coach didn't do a good job scouting....

Manu Garba has provided good U17 football teams for us over the years and we haven't really heard any complaints...until this competition.
Now he is corrupt, looking for egunje, lazy, refusing to screen in all the 36 states, refusing to carry players from the SE and SS, has a godfather, has a preference for players born in Nigeria, etc. It's basically open season on Manu Garba.

First of all, camp opened late so there was no time for open screening. According to the links below, Manu and his assistants were ready to start but the NFF delayed them.

http://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=27463

http://owngoalnigeria.com/2018/02/15/manu-garba-speaks-on-chances-of-nigerian-players-born-abroad-making-his-u17-team-open-screening/

Someone said that Manu only considered players in Lagos and can you really blame him? If you needed a good sample size and you had to pick one location where you could see a good representation of young Nigerians you'd probably pick Lagos too.
Think about it, Lagos is the most populous state and it is home to a good number of Nigerians from different parts of Nigeria.

Imo, most of these complaints started when Lateef was dropped. Most people only waited until they could get to the point where they could say, "I told you so."
But how many of you actually watched the screening? How many of you watched them in camp? The fact that someone is more popular does not make him a better player than someone whose skills/efforts have gone unnoticed.

I'm sorry but the whole godfather thing makes no sense to me. To begin with, it's two against one. Secondly, Pinick is the boss here. And finally, why are we just hearing about it? Manu has been the U17 coach for a number of years and no one has complained of this until today. We didn't even hear of this when Manu coached the U20 side and benched Iheanacho and co.

Someone even said that maybe Manu's scouts are here that is why people are supporting evil. People have the right to support who they want. That you think Manu did wrong does not mean that others share your opinion. It does not mean that Manu even did wrong.

Don't get me wrong, Manu Garba is not perfect and he is not above criticism but that criticism needs to be fair and constructive. Many things said here can easily be verified by people in the know or by interviews we have access to. The fact that we are upset does not give us the right to throw unsubstantiated accusations around. If you are going to go on about how evil Manu is, do your due diligence and back it up with proof. You don't get to accuse others of whatever you like because they see or do things differently.

Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. You, me, and yes, Manu Garba.
just that we rarely trust nigeria coaches. .... I still don't understand why that boy Adrian was kept in the bench all through not even a 10 mins combo.

sometimes you do things to encourage the boys. ..
he is a young lad he will be surely demoralized.

you look for a way to make all the lads have a taste of action..... it makes them important.

mind you some monikers here too are scouts and they work wit some of these coaches....

That's how my Babe started giving me attitude all of a sudden o. I will tell her we need to see and she will give excuses, I will call her she will say she wants to sleep, she even started lying about where she was going. The show spoiler was when I called her a certain day to ask why we couldn't see, and she said she was going to VI and I asked her what was happening in VI and she started to flare up saying why am I asking that sort of question and how I should respect her when she tells me something (lol before now she asks me this sort of question and I do too without issues).

After the many signs I just had to ignore her. I saw one of her top WhatsApp chats with someone with the name Mr John lol (I knew that must be the person giving her now lol). Ladies cheat more than men. We men just don't talk about it because we are strong enough to endure heartbreak; imagine I was the one that started giving attitude, the whole social media won't hear word again lol
it is so painful bro.... i asked mine yesterday if she was seeing someone else or someone has been disturbing her... she broke up with me...
i start to beg... everything i do offends her, i just can't believe a woman who could claim to love you so much would just oneday hate you all of a sudden

Sounds very deep bro! What’s wrong?
she has been changing for some days now...especially since her bestie came back...the guy is always with her.
and we are in along distance relationship.

we were planning she move in to my city come next year and hoping to get married mid of next year.
but things have drastically changed... every little thing she wanna break up i will be pleading
yesterday she enumerated all my weakness and wrongs... refusing to hear sorry.
saying she is getting tired... i av told her i am working on them but she didn't listen
now talks to me rudely... she said some words that hurt me yesterday asking me to come to see her
quickly... initially i was to see her and her pastor but she gradually refusing me see her pastor when i come

my last reflationship followed these sequence too... same long distance relationship...we planned on when i will visit being that then i had CIPMN exam to prepare for.... but she start changing prior my exam even before i visit and eventually ended the relationship i came still saw her even bought her gifts i could afford and wanted see her mom too because i bought her a gift but she prevented me from seeing her mom right there at the eatery she refused me finally....

only to start having a change of heart after about 2 months.... her friend told me but i refused go back...i later discover she was seeing a guy close to her house during that period....reason why she changed towards me...her purported move with the guy later didn't work out probably reason why she came back.

my heart is heavy bro.... i am not a bad person..i don't have bad intentions.... i have loved with all of my heart and do all i can to always make them happy. this very one now talks to me rudely...even my question offends her so much..she pick holes in everything i say or do
