charlesemeka85:
Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has welcomed interest from Manchester United and Manchester City.

La Gazzetta dello Sport says Chelsea, Real Madrid, United and City are all monitoring Osimhen's situation.

Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis is holding out for a fee in excess of £100million.

That much is not overly surprising, seeing as Napoli forked out a fee which could rise to £70m to prise him away from Lille back in 2020.

Positively for interested parties, the report also states that the striker is 'pleasantly surprised' by the rumours linking him to top clubs across the continent.

City may carry a narrow advantage in the hunt, given United already have Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani over-crowding their sole position up top.

Meanwhile, the Blues' need for a striker is well-publicised after failing to replace Sergio Aguero this summer.

Osimhen has struck six goals in six games across all competitions so far this campaign.
This is too early please

This media and distractions is not necessary at this time. Oshimen should be allowed to play ball pls

Please , you gotta be smarter than what you are displaying here. Codemaniacs doesn't have to be a genius to understand that , even the good ol' TheGoodJoe use style explain am to una....phew! Africa is doomed....lol.

Take for examples you decides to write your will and thought it wise to include extended families; would you share everything equally between your own children and their cousins? The answer is NO! These same foreigners you love drinking from their piss cup if they happen to get an invite from England would they refuse it and come play for your miserable country? I am done here.
Mr. Man they're not foreigners
They're Nigerians just like you and I

How will you feel if someone regard your kids that are probably been breed in the USA like that?

You ought to be smarter than this, the US you reside and made your money practise inclusive citizenship where you have many dual nations some became US citizens by birth and still this persons have same right as those who fathers and fore fathers where Americans

They are both midfielders so both of them have "merit" for the position which also means the Nigerian born players must be given "preferential treatment" over foreign born Nigerians.

It's the same way you'll give your own children preferential treatment over your brothers or sisters children.

How many goals have your nwakali scoredhuh Ejaria have score like 3 goals

This shows you don't even know about the competition.
The competition is not a age grade tournament bro. It's strictly for home base players. Players that play in Africa Leagues. You can be 40 years and play. It's not a youth tournament

You may be right on this.. If they channel the same energy they put in their male national team into the female national team, it may only be a matter of time before they catch up with us.. We still have the advantage of producing the most talented players, but talent itself alone is never enough....
Yes they've realised that and they're working on it currently. Nigeria is so blessed with human resources but the infrastructure is our problem

What, Ejike uzoenyi was such a gem that year. A lot of Nigerians mounted pressure on Steven keshi to add him to the world cup list of 2014 and he Succumbed. He really deserved it. Where did it all gone wrong?

I thought we've got our Messi then. What really happened to him?
I tell u
Wanted see him star in the world cup then

Watched how that chan team came from 3 goals down to upset Morocco with Ejike grabbing a brace and he end up winning the tournament MVP...

Its the Nigerian league phenomena. These players arent well groomed due to greed and impatience on the part of the club owners. They pick the players up and without much preparations the players are introduced into the amateurish and mediocre Nigerian league where their talent stagnate. At the end , what you have is a players with potentials that never developed fully. They continue playing in the league until the usual invite to national team where they often show those flashes of brilliance but at this time they are probably in their 30s and in another two to three years the party is over.

This happened to Ahmed Musa (yes Musa plays rubbish 70% of the time), Uzoenyi , Kolanut boy , Jude Aneke , Sunday Mba etc. Iwuala might still go that route. Nigerian league is shhit.
Yeah The "kolanut boy" the abia warriors dude was a goal poacher
He signed for Moroccan club that was the last we heard of him...he was relatively young then

Aneke too was a goal machine in the Nigeri a league over 20 goals was no fluke but today he has gone way side

What really helped musa was his move to the Dutch league upon leaving the Npfl had it been he went to RSA or North Africa he would have end up same way

South African players just don't have the talent it takes to cut it in Europe... A lot of them have gone to play in Europe before, but couldn't cut it... Tau couldn't cut it at Club Brugge or Brighton... Keagan Dolly who was one of the best player from that Sundowns squad that had Tau and Billiat couldn't cut it in France..Lebo Mothiba too couldn't cut it in France... they are many...

If South Africa had the kind of football talent West Africa countries have, they'd be dominating the continent and competing with he big boys at the world stage, cus they definitely have the infrastructure needed to develop the sport.... That's why they dominate the continent in most sports...
Exactly you've said it all

Sometimes i wish Nigeria have the infrastructures they've got... Nigeria would have been one of the countries competing with Germany and Brazil

Mind you like you've said they're forces to reckon with in cricket, rugby and some other sports
No wonder they dominate medals table in all africa games and Olympics
