Yankiss: It will depend on the kind of company. You have to tread with caution. You said it's a private company. Before you go official with your request, approach a knowledgeable and dependable source - if possible, discuss with HR informally and only tender official letter at his advice. Do not sound bored with your current Audit job. Let HR understand you are cool with the job and have always put in your best. But you are curious to know if, with your Engineering degree, you would not prove even better in the department related to your education. Good luck. This is the best advice OP Take it Good luck I pray it proves successful for u |

CrystalMax: I made this move years back and I regret it now. Don't force things bro, dance to the rythmn life is playing for you. There is nothing wrong in developing yourself in this 'new' field you have found yourself. Sometimes God strategically position us for a future we have no clue about. I regret leaving HR all in the name of I want to practise engineering 5years after. Build yourself in this new found path, it might be your escape route for a better life in years to come. Your COREN et al are added advantage....they are not a waste. Bro do you understand what they call career fulfilment Currently I found myself working in an engineering field but in all honesty i dont see myself building a career there wanna be an HR almost done with my certification programs in HR I try redeploy the last time my HoD refuse let me go... hoping to start applying for jobs outside immediately I am done and currently I am doing some HR volunteer works There is what they call career fulfilment doing what u have passion for and not just to have a pay check by month end |

chidi1: Nice write up! However, I still have a reservation. Unfortunately I am not completely sold with this Okoye guy as our goalkeeper. His conceded goals appear really soft ( Please rewatch the highlights of his conceded goals to appreciate my concern). I literally shake in fear whenever our opponents are close to our goal post in any match. Any bad day by our defense and you see exactly what I mean ( the Sierra leonian game comes to mind).
There is a saying that goes thus "if it is not broken, don't fix it." Why would Rohr replace Uzoho who was doing a very good job and improving with every match with this Okoye guy ( Please rewatch the Ukraine and Brazil friendly game to see what I mean).
In conclusion, going back to your article, no mater how good a team is, you cannot win any laurel with an inept goalkeeper guarding your goalpost. I hold same reservations too Okoye should be made Eagles Goalie 2 |

Because he does not replicate such performance for the super eagles Barely can cross a ball to save a life Please dont mention the stadia because Ejuke and Henry played in same stadium the last time i checked |

TheSuperNerd: Nigerian players who shone across Europe this weekend: September 17-18 (Friday & Saturday)
1. Umar "Sadika" Sadiq (CF) Brace (UD Almeria): Played 90mins+
AD Alcorcón 0-4 UD Almeria (La Liga Smartbank)
*Could have been a hattrick but he missed his penalty kick, hitting it on to the crossbar before the ball rebounded in off Jimenez's back. So it was recorded eventually as an Owngoal. In all, A brilliant performance from the technically gifted and intelligently mobile Umar. "Sadika" now tops the La liga Smartbank scoring charts. Expecting another high scoring season from him and surely La Liga will be his destination.
*58% passing accuracy, 2 chances created, 3 shots on target, 5 shots off target, 2 shots hit woodwork, 1 penalty miss, 2 big chances missed, 100% accurate long balls (1/1), 4/6 ground duels won, 4/6 aerial duels won, 3 tackles, 1 interception, 2 clearances, caught offside five times, was fouled once.
*4 goals, 1 assist in 6 league games (6 starts)

*1 EFL Carabao Cup game (Zero start)
3. Oviemuno Ejaria (CM - Played LW) Brace (Reading FC): Played 90mins+
Fulham FC 1-2 Reading FC (Skybet/EFL English Championship)
*Beautifully taken goals. Showing what he can do when he plays closer to the box. His LW role has afforded him some bit of freedom to shoot at will when the opportunity presents itself. The second goal is my pick of the two. Brilliant first touch and show of strength to hold off the pressure from Tosin Adarabioyo before slotting in. Aside his goals, Ejaria is another Midfield option that would add something from the creative front. Has fine tendency to give throughballs. He, Alhassan, and Nwakali are Midfielders who can show their quality and make an instant impact if given the kind of chance Kingsley Michael (who hasn't played a competitive club game in a long while before being named on the NT list) and Bonke were given. With Kingsley, we saw a hard working Midfield grafter who did really well on his NT debut but we suffered Zero creativity from deep. We created nothing through the middle. Not even one single lines-breaking Midfield delivery. But I believe with the aforementioned 3 options, we can address it. The latter two look more adept at it though (i.e. Lines-breaking passing that disrupts a team's defensive shape in seconds). TDB is yet another option.
*76% passing accuracy, 1 chance created, 2 shots on target, 2/4 successful dribbles, 7/12 ground duels won, 6/8 aerial duels won, 2 interceptions, 1 tackle, 2 clearances, 2 fouls committed, was fouled 4 times

AntiBMC: Only Peter Obi made sense. The rest were just talking rvbbish.
Gbajabiamila took part in the sharing of millions of dollars bribe to pass the PIB bill. He also took a huge chunk of the Bill Gates Bribe to pass a bill for forceful vaccination.
For every sitting in the house, they go home with large amounts of money just for sitting. Not to talk of the huge salaries he and other reps members collect. Aside the salaries, they all take over ₦8.5m monthly as "office running cost"
Should we start talking about other benefits like pension plans, medical benefits, security benefits etc
In essence, Gbajabiamila and every other rep or senator talking about keeping Nigeria one, are the people feeding fat from the corruption. Benefiting hugely from the system. An ordinary nigerian knows that what the country needs is division...and sooner than later, it will happen.
Because the will of the people is much more than that of the political few who have private jets, ready to jet off to another country when the chaos resulting from the forced union starts. I tell you Obi is an intelligent breed I wish we can make him president in all honesty Will vote atiku/obi ticket over Tinubu presidency 10 times |

Vaughanlanrewaj: Asiwaju Tinubu earned it. Amongst them all, he suffered most for this democracy and I am not surprised he is given that honour and respect. Even when most of them were serving the erstwhile military governments of Gen Abacha and Gen. Abdulsalami, he was in the trenches and even when he got into office, kept on demolishing the remaining structures left behind by the military. On the mandate of Asiwaju Tinubu I stand.

Time and chance. He & Moffi are probably going to be the next big CF move Yes i pray so too CAF is just been lazy i watched on super sports recently how caf pays peanuts to teams for participating in afcon and winners get 2M dollars while for Qualification for world cup alone teams get 1.5M dollars I think CAF really need to seek for sponsors meet some of this big companies get them involved in football games sale tv rights and do something like their European counterparts |

charlesemeka85: but many here wants rohr to use a formation that will suit him better but will leave the team weak in the middle
Later dem go say dem sabi ball
Onuachu’s style of play is the major reason no club wanted to take the risk to folk out the amount genk demanded for his signature last transfer window
I bet you that if onuachu had good pace and movement off the ball a lot of clubs especially epl mid table teams would have risked bringing him on judging by his stats last season Exactly If i was a football club coach in epl i wont sign him The intensity in epl is beyond belgian league so players signed should be folks that can adapt Well i wish him well, he is a good player though but not just the calibre of player that fits the super eagles quest IMO |

AndSunGorilla: Ok, but Anjorin is just starting, not sure he has a good number of games under his belt, but I hear you. According to our NPFL encyclopedias here, Nwobodo actually started as an AM but the oyinbos have done a makeover on you. That said I believe he can also play as a CM. Sometimes I just think having many options isn't a bad thing, because you never know when Ndidi might be unavailable for any reason. Anjorin is good He should be lured asap and the switch worked since eze and olise are wasting time |

charlesemeka85: lovely player. The only player in this set close to kanu’s skills and technique You've said it all I will prefer him 10 times to Onauchu I still don't understand the slave contract he signed that made the Spanish club forbid release him for international matches |

andrewbaba44: Awaziem is an example ,mainstay or not Baba
Shehu doesn’t deserve to be playing for the eagles self Yes he is an example but the scenarios you captured doesn't match at all Giving a player like nwobodo a fresh call up from the turkish league at this moment by Rohr gonna be hard except he is very connected |

charlesemeka85: moving to Belgium will help his career. He may have a break out season and by then you will talk with the other side of your mouth I fear if this dude will get a break out season He doesn't look like an evolving player to me lets be sincere |

andrewbaba44: Nwobodo will never be invited until he moves to a better league
So you mean rohr doesn’t invite players from the Turkish league
Awaziem went from a poor BoaVista to another poor club in the Turkish league
Rohr have invited players from nonsense leagues so why don’t you want him to invite players from turkey ? Awaziem is already a mainstay in the super eagles team so moving to turkey won't stop his invitee for shehu like i always say he is very connected...the sokoto connection is paving way for his invitee |
