Is the sea depth at ibeno the same as ibaka?. Don't they think it's a security risk citing a port open to the high sea?
So a deep sea port should be cited in an open river right?

For those saying the seaport was relocated out of hate.. Kindly show me ocean floor do Ibaka has in the attachment below. Mbo only has a river that connects Akwa Ibom to Cross River / Cameroon not a ocean base floor.. Unlike Ibeno that has the Atlantic ocean to its bay..
Guys let criticise constructively ok

The worst governor Akwa Ibom State has ever produced. During his so called first term in office, he deceived a good number of Akwaibomites about his Motor manufacturing ground breaking in Itu LGA of the state. Five good years after, nothing is happening in the site. The good for nothing governor has kept mum over the car manufacturing plant.
Mr man, it seems you were in oblivion when the governor said the car factory will be commission April 2021..ols kindly update your outdated memories ok.

Ibaka in mbo lga, ibeno lga are all in eket senatorial district.
Ibaka will now house the export processing zone or industrial zone. Atleast they wont be ledt out in the scheme of things since they already gave out lands for the seaport project.
Ibeno also isnt in udom's federal constituency either.
Abi u been want make dem carry the port go build for ikot ekpene where no get even stream?

Ibom Deep Seaport is only 5years old and it has finally completed it startup checklist..
