Write an appeal and send to nantes via dhl
Marcgrace:
Hello@Everyone,

Has anyone appealed a France visa refusal? I need some advice...
Someone with experience in a Graceful Appeal, an Appeal to the Commission for Appeals Against Visa Application Refusals (CRRV), or an Appeal to the Administrative Court of Nantes ?

Please I am back again, my appointment was on the 27th of August and I’m yet to hear back. Is there anyone that had an application around that time and has heard back?

SA is safe and you have to be careful like any country in the world.

SA might have xenophobic people but it stems from Nigerians illegal activities in the country, it did not stem from nowhere, it's the ill behavior of Nigerians who are here, manly igbos who act like agberos, breaking bottles, making noise, urinating in the streets, do not adhere to traffic light, littering and turning cities into Ghettos that people have problems with, you as a tourist will probably not even encounter those Nigerians as most are in poor over crowded places like CBD's, where they exhibit their uncivilized behavior and make noise outside their mama-put alcohol joints.

If you are coming as a tourist and doing normal tourist activities, you will not have any issues and would enjoy the place a lot and meet friendly south African everywhere.
Lol, they will soon come for you. You should be mindful of mentioning tribes next time, that is a very sensitive statement.

You can say "Nigerians" it is fine like that which is obvious a fact. Nigerians erratic behavior is well reported in SA

That being said, In Pretoria, Close to Francis Baard, there is this place called "Troye", around Sunnyside, that area is where you have to highest African community of business people.

Check it out if you want to feel that vibe of being around your people.

Good evening bro. I hope these words are not for me?
I am doing my best and not aspiring for anything beyond me. I am not as good as you think.
Know what you carry o. You are going to Europe.
Wish you well.

I don't think the emboldened is true. If you are going for a PhD, you can apply for the Talent - Research Visa. The difference with the student visa is that with this visa type, your family can join you without needing much documents and they can work if they are above 18 years.

Additionally, you'd be given an initial 3 months visa. When you arrive in France (within the 3 months), you will apply for a resident permit and you will be given a 3 years visa. This way, you won't need constant yearly visa renewal.

Most research is treated as work, and you will sign an agreement with the lab/school that would be hosting you - contract/research agreement.

Lastly, I have a scholarship, that also helped. There's nothing special about me bro.
The percentage of people who have attained your category of visa are very minimal. Check around if you hear of anyone with kind of visa. It is a special category designated for certain people. In that context, it is for highly skilled persons
Talent/Research visas are not designated for everyone. You must have attained some level of achievement academically and you also confirmed that you are on scholarship. Na ordinary person dey get scholarship? grin grin

There are alot of things special about you bro, know your worth and the Grace you carry.

Go Ye to Europe and Prosper brethen.
Regards

The condition for E-visa extension is that an application must be submitted 60 days before current visa expires,I'm also just getting to know this, just a recent change, amazing, but you will not be able to travel outside the country until new visa is issued, but his visa is for a week hence I'm wondering the possibility, but things are changing anyway.
In Europe and other places, if you submit an application on an ongoing visa, you automatically get an extension until a decision is made on the visa application.

However, this is subject to immigration discretion or policy.

I should suppose same applies to South Africa, Same applies to Kenya *(as I confirmed)*

So I think there are exceptions.

We await further feedbacks.

Absolutely Right Congratulations Bro. May God help us from Lagos Delayed Application
Another Isaac Newton , would be Albert Einstein in the making . Cc @mrphysics

Lagos according to stats has always been like that. It could also be a strategy for some persons, the work load somewhat affect visa outcomes. It is best to go somewhere with lesser traffic.

It is all about calculations too. Mr Physics won again. 🏆

Yeah I am really impressed.

I was actually referring to the processing speed too
Cc @Dottune ,thanks bro

Looks like we have many science student in the house.

I think he shared it already, see it below. He also applied through Abuja, I guess that also helped.
My bad..

Sorry, I missed this, thanks dotman
Well, hmmm. In my opine, I really do not think point of application matters, it's only that it can be a bit fast if you apply from Abuja like I mean processing time. This is why many usually opt for Abuja.

Unlike lagos.

We wish him well. That is a major visa he attained because it is for highly skilled persons.

Truly, I was surprised you never knew, considering your wealth of travel experiences and your knowledge of south Africa visa process and also how you've been helpful to applicants on this platform

I sure would give feedback, thank you
Trust me, somethings are just like that. I had the hint of a possibility on my last trip, but i am always cautious of these "clauses" on visas. I rather go back than give it a shot, that is me, however if the situation becomes unexpected, i sometimes may want to give a risk.

Not like i dont want to try it out, but Nigerians do not have a good image as perceived in SA, So i try to be careful in that country. I prolly will give it a shot elsewhere but definitely not SA as the case were.

Also, in recent times, there has been some bit of modifications on these visa conditions, though not widely publicized but you only need to inquire just as you did, so we may not be aware of some new updates unless someone shares it.

This is why we always encourage information sharing to keep us all abreast.

Goodluck to you and keep us posted.

Now that this is authenticated, then it opens way for other people in similar cases. This is why we always encourage people to share information. I appreciate this feedback @donrolex. Hello house, France just refused my Conference visa application on ground that according to them that they doubt if I will leave the member state if my visa expired.

Appeal then reapply.

Someone here applied 4 different times and the visa got rejected over same purpose. I personally visited Home Affairs in Brooklyn about a year ago to carry out some findings/"inquire" on the issues surrounding frequent rejections of evisas. If you have been following me, i made known the report here as at that time. Truth is the system is corrupt and they are hoarding these visas as alleged from people i spoke with . @dende3 is that the package you mean? Please clarify
Africankel:
I get very suspicious whenever I hear the word "package".
Lol. I dont even want to be talking about all the things happening behind the scene as reported. The minister, leon is doing all he can, but i do not think it can be realistic on long term. Same home affairs that has pending applications since 5, 6 , 7 years ago for Trv. Lol,
Well, we will continue to sanitize these place. Make them newbies sha dey careful with packaging of visa application.

Gather your info, and apply ,hope for the best. Dont expect any magic or wonders, just hope for the best!

I like the fact that you are taking responsibility for your actions which is very magnanimous. Please be informed that on this space, a lot of unscrupulous people have taken advantage of others with similar things you are doing. If you want to apply for SA, stay with SA, Gather your info and PUSH. Be decisive. Visa shopping is an offense and can have severe consequences as Kel highlighted.

Fix your mind for one thing and pursue it. God bless and give results at the end of the day.

TravelRe: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by hunee:
In addition, any reason to go to Europe must be substantiated with sufficient evidence. Even frequent travelers sometimes get rejected, your basis for traveling must be solid. Goodluck
Africankel:
It is up to the visa officer to decide your visa validity.

1. Being a second time traveller, limit the duration of your trip to 1 week.

2. I do not think you should apply for longer stay, as that is specifically designed for people who intend to stay in Europe for more than three months - and you MUST show cause why you should be granted such.

3. You may still be granted a long validity visa (at the discretion of the visa officer). However, of granted, you are not allowed to stay more than three months.
