1. I'm not extremely sure but I think your wife will have to fill her own form separately 2. Picking VI center attracts a $55 charge for each of you. dewale1234: Hello House
Please i need an urgent help. I am applying for a visit visa for me and my wife. While filling the form i indicated that my wife will be traveling with me and i indicated her passport number. I am at the point of making payment and i noticed 2 things i. That the payment for standard service is USD129 (despite the fact that i am applying for 2 people) ii. I have not been able to chose where i will do my biometrics (i prefer VI)
Is this normal, or i made mistakes while filling the form I used this website https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk
Please help out
Thanks cc. Justwise |

Well, I don't think 5weeks before intended date is too early, might be just me though. Won't you still pay 42k for the other day too? Let the gurus put mouth as I be JJC for this journey too chukyrooy: Thanks for the suggestion, but what's your opinion though, is 4 days earlier appointment worth 52k? Because I'll be coming fr Port Harcourt. Or do you think applying 5 weeks before the intended travel date is tricky? |

Book an ordinary appointment for any available date, print your appointment confirmation email then go in tomorrow or any suitable day with your 42k in your account and tell the security at the gate you want to opt for walk in. If you're doing assisted, you'll pay extra 10k. chukyrooy: The earliest walk in appointment is 4 days earlier than the free one i got. |

Good evening. Please, are you saying your Sister was able to have her biometrics done without an appointment by paying for flexi? ijeshaoflondon: YOU HAVE NO CHOICE THAN TO PAY FOR PRIME /FLEXI ....same thing happened to my sister some weeks ago .. but I told her to go there on that same day and explained to them at tls... but to my surprise, they allowed her in but paid 42k. This is a useless country where nothing works perfectly... |

Health › Re: How Do I Help A Baby With Epilepsy? by Hunnybee: 5:50pm On Mar 28, 2019 |
Op, who prescribed the medications? If it's not a psychiatrist/neurologist, then you're not there yet. Ppl tend to be skeptical when I say this but if you've not been to a psychiatric hospital, plz visit one with the child, they also treat epilepsy, I know the one in Abeokuta has a child and adolescent department. You are not alone in this, and please do this as early as possible as more damage occurs with each seizure. Ignore all the homeopathic advice, ppl who try them all eventually take to medical treatment albeit a bit late. |

Op, you use baking powder for fish roll, not yeast |

Thank you Fatima.I always thought they'd have to pick up their BRP within one month of the visa being issued or can the main applicant pick for them? fatima04: They can come within 3months and not travel again for the next 1 year so that the year will be valid towards ILR.
This is based on the you must not stay outside UK for 90days in any 365days. This is to the best of my knowledge, elders will come add if incomplete. |

Hi fatima04... Does this mean the family does not necessarily have to come within one month of getting the visa? Will there be any penalty for such?? fatima04: I will advise apply now for all the family members and let them come within 3months after the main applicant moves.
If you apply separately, it sort of complicates the ILR application because when main applicant is due for ILR the dependant wont be and then he or she with (the kids) if any needs to change the class of Visa by exiting the UK to apply for another category of visa.... That Is my understanding |

You'll have to put a call through to the center you intend to sit for the exam, then they will forward you their official account number (bearing the business name) you'll make the payment there and send them your Pearson username and password too... Or better still, go to the center in person and sort it out. MamaTheMama: Hello, Barbie, compliment of the season. Kudos to the wonderful work you are doing here. Please how can I pay for the CBT. coz on the pearsonvue site, I have tried to make payment using all my cards, that is dollar and naira cards. None of them is going. My bank said it has to do with the website that probably their are other means of payment. Please how else has Naija people been paying? |

You'll use an Agency, not agent. And you won't pay them a dime. Whatever money you spend will be for your exams and NMC registration fee (some of which may still be refunded depending on your employer). Even the exam registration (Ielts and CBT), you can DIY. You do not need any agent Nomsy2: Please answer this, it's the main problem. ... only agents are known for now and honestly I don't want to give any agent money when I'm not sure it will work or the person won't run off with the money

Thanks so much. Congratulations once again ecstacy29: Approximately 8weeks after I got here. The whole process depends on how fast you meet the requirements, 3-6months should do. |

Wow..... Congratulations. How long after getting to UK did you take OSCE? If you do not mind, what agency did you use? And how long did the whole process take?

Thank you very much for the help. Really appreciate fatima04: 1. Naric is used in place of ielts for UKVI 2. Just go naric website and choose the applicable route (should usually be the red route) 3. You use degree certificate 4. Application online is usually faster but you can use post if time permits |
