chkil1: it's a hudge undless debate , and you must take into account the doctrine of use, the doctrine of russian tanks is not the same as that of the West . here some simple points
- the T90 : - is lighter and more mobile - has a small profile when targeted - has composite + modular era combination armors , Konktak-5, last Relikt (more versatile, easy to replace if only era is damaged) , on abrams it's very difficult to replace damaged armour - has Active Protection Systems , Shtora and Arena , laser warning systems (abrams hasn't) - has a diesel engine is easy to maintain and consumes less fuel , abrams have a fragile gas turbine burning JP-8 engine, consumes a lot . - has an autoloader for ammunitions ,and need only 3 crews , the abrams need 4 and the ammunition loader crew of the M1A2 would fatigue in combat, and eventually drop rate of fire or make mistakes when it shake during operations . - has a longer higher caliber gun the 2A46M-5 125mm with 6000 mm long with better chamber pressure , abrams have the M256M1 120mm with 5280mm long. but the T90 gun have a shorter service life . - the T90 can fire Anti Tank Guided Missiles such as 9M119 but need to be in stationary position to launch it , (the abrams can't ) - ammunition storage on t90 is more dangerous , under the feet of crews - and the cost : T 90 is cheaper than Abrams ( close to the half of the abrams price)
the abrams - has a thicker armor specially with last depleted uranium slabs on it’s front turret. - has better electronics , ergonomic , touch screen systems but are more complex and difficult to fix when they break down - separated ammunition compartment, much safer for the crew - some will tell you has a significantly superior gun , better stabilization ( i disagree ) , - optronics are better . - US contract control terms , CISMOA statu ect... over use is a negative point .
for my own opinion , for nigerian army T90S , MS is better for its needs Greetings gentlemen, I was watching this particular thing on youtube yesterday and I think any tank with bad ammo storage reduces the crew morale, as in nobody wants to die in a burning metal box |

donnie: Israelites are not white and this talk about socalled "white Jews" is something that needs to be addressed and quickly, because it's an abomination that so-called Igbo Jews will become allies with Satan. Even Judaism which they have embraced is from Babylon and not from YAH. That is one reason I do not agree with the IPOB. The Ashkenazi (so-called white Jews) know the truth but hide it. And the only way they will accept you Igbos is if you join them to denounce other true Isrealites around the world even in Nigeria as non-Israelites. For example, the Igbos and Yorubas are one people. They migrated together, how then do you suddenly become Jews and the Yorubas are not?
Fake Jews are afraid that we want to take their land which we are not even interested in doing. Besides, that may not even be the promised land spoken of in the scriptures. Too many lies have been told. MESSIAH knows all that we do not know.
That's the reason why the Igbos claim to Jewish ancestory is POLITICALLY motivated. If you're their friend they say you are brothers and must be Isrealites. If you are against them, your heathen or a Canaanite. There is no call to repentance. They embrace Christianity with all it's paganism. The so-called awakened ones are deeply into ancestor worship. What about the reputation Igbos have with regards to honesty in business? I admire the Igbos but this is the bane of their struggles...their alliance with ESAU over YAH's people. The Most High cannot bless such a movement. If you even get your country, it will be no guarantee of freedom, salvation or prosperity for your people....And YAHUAH is about to judge this falsehood because he wants to bring about a true awakening among Igbo Israelites.
I guess I've said quite a lot. Please note that I am not by this addresing or even rebuking you as a person, but simply expressing what has bee. On my heart for long. It's about time Igbos give thought to this Donnie, The term "chukwu okike abiama" What does it really mean? |

I am not from the east or "south south" but I have to say, this Nnamdi kanu is probably the most intelligent person in Nigeria at the moment. TotoNaRubber: Investing in bonds now may be risky too except to resell at a later date, the depreciation of Naira will be a total wipe out on capital and interest at the end of the tenure, imagine the value of the USD in 5 to 10 years from now.
The $100 million pumped in by the CBN this week seems to have short term impact, Nigeria is diving faster than the speed of light. The Nigerian govt. is not accountable, one day they will empty the reserve and dollar will rise to N800/$.
This current depreciation was unforeseen, coronavirus depreciation, we should not expect the govt. to save us this time, this is it. The masses are on their own, there will be hike in prices of goods once the lockdown is over due to the price of dollar, the bdcs are the one running the govt. now. What of buying stocks? |

courage89: GEJ tried that when they rebased our economy to 530 billion dollars. That was a great decision in the right direction. For some myopic people to come around and bastardize the idea.
What would you suggest to get us out of this economic quagmire we found ourselves. Nigeria needs to move forward positively Do you think that by now the base of the Nigerian economy would have expanded more than that $530 to maybe about $2trillion when you consider how much the service sector(tourism, transportation, entertainment, retail, e.t.c) has developed since that time.? I've always thought that the GDP of this country is undervalued and the economy is undertaxed hence overreliance on oil for annual revenue. What I mean is if every truck pusher, bus driver, hawker, suya seller, cattle herder e.t.c is taxed, more revenue can be realized than what is generated from crude oil. |

Those are the set of people that have continously failed as administrators. Doctors, engineers, lawyers all have good education, but are not academics. Please note the difference.
