I don't know why, but going by the book, this is not meant to be. But since it has, I guess there is not much I can do about it if not for what seems to be a regressing obstacle. There is the girl in my faculty, lady perhaps. Petite she is, cute? I will give her a perfect tick. She has this glasses on, I think that's what attracted me to her in this first place, aside the intelligence and gentleness. She is good, pretty good; I mean her English, so I decided to kind of cue her in into my project(editing my novel). So we become close, kind of, in my own definition though: I'm a schizoid; I think that helps in gauging how close is close when I say close. The thing here now is this: like I said, I am a schizoid. Just these days I am feeling so to say this urge should I say, to keep in touch with her, to say hi, to chat. This longing, should I call it need, I wouldn't say thirst for her presence but the truth is I love seeing her around and this, in particular, is giving me concerns. And this is because, despite all these, I still find it difficult, should I say more impossible to cross that line, the two distinct territory within me. The weaker part of me want to cross that line, but the stronger guy continually overshadows it. Though I have been able to, over constancy, do some things naturally I wouldn't do as a schizoid yet this, the stronger part, I seem helpless before. So, nairalanders, I think I will be needing suggestions, tips, on how to get this done: be with someone I, for the first time, take pleasure not just in her presence but her happiness. Thanks. L0velyn:Buy garlics from market, squash it. Put the squash garlic into a neat bottle, add water to it (I used pure water for mine then). Always shake before use. Take small quantity please, it is very effective. You can check my signature to update me on things through wha''tsap''p. |

Ginaz:Mine too was gone 5 years ago. It was a chronic asthma. Those days I wish I had died, you could always see in my eyes how much I hated life. Came to a point I took my pen I wrote this song: "If I can just live a normal life To smile and walk, and laugh heartily Without pains as I on my bed lay Then will I know that life is worth living For now I see no sense in living No worth placed on this worthless breathe Why give life when you cannot sustain it Only for it to deteriorate." That was my song before God. Poor me then. It could be a miracle, and it could be a traditional medicine I took (Squashed Garlic with pure water). Preventive measures? Never took any, I mean, there is no money to afford that, no oil? How will my family survive? Well now I'm glad I am healthy. I thank God for that though I still have issue with God when it comes to my personality (I am a schizoid) Oops... Can't believe I am saying all these. 5 Likes 1 Share |

I remember so vivid then how ecstatic I was in God's presence. Full of life and joy, in fact led praises in youth gatherings. So it becomes quite unbelievable how vast things have changed over the course of three years, and how well I personally have changed. The beginning of this I cannot pinpoint. However, the causes I can suggest. Over the years I have become an active thinker with logic dominating most of my reasonings. These registered quite a lot of dissonance between what I used to belief and what reality presents as same it has helped in understanding the universe and God purpose for humanity, and what he is doing to achieve this despite the human race being unappreciative. Also, my not so interested in many things and zero emotional level could have also contributed to the lack of Joy in God's presence, since Joy is a positively heightened emotion. This then stands not the problem but, "My inability to make use of my gift." As a thinker I do so well in the line of writing, so the gift of writing which is intellectual I exhibit without restraint despite my personality, in fact it favours it. My other gift which propels this piece is the musical skills: I am a songwriter and singer. Unable, is the verb that relates to this gift. Of course I try my best going to church despite my so restrained spectrum of interest. That wouldn't be a problem, the problem is the joy is not so much there: the need to be part of what they do. I see choristers sing and every time I wish I can be part of that, sing with them to the God of my fathers. The gift is there, I have written hundreds of songs, taught couples in the past, still write, just I can't exhibit the will to sing or teach them any longer. I am approaching zero level of interest in spiritual activities. Conflicting is I still love God having understand his plan for humanity. So the author is not an, and can never be an atheist. This is evident in my coming novel "A Loveline" (I will like you read it). So, if anyone knows how, and how and well, well and good, efficient practical not spiritually placed steps to exercise this music skills of mine in God's presence as I expressly do here with my writing skills, I will be glad to see it shared. I don't want it wasted. -Hurlstarling. CC: Lalasticlala OAM4J SEUN |
