Politics › Re: Forgive Tinubu For His Mistakes” Back Him For A Second Term - Federal Lawmaker by hush15: 8:55pm On May 26 |
Benjanni: Federal lawmaker Alhassan Ado Doguwa has appealed to Nigerians to “forgive Tinubu for his shortcomings” and back him for a second term, despite admitting the president’s “mistakes have plunged Nigerians into economic hardship.”
Speaking to journalists in Mina, Saudi Arabia, the Tudun Wada/Doguwa Rep argued that Tinubu’s “efforts” should earn him forgiveness and re-election. “There are indeed mistakes,” Doguwa conceded, but insisted Nigerians “should consider the efforts President Tinubu is making.”
He framed 2027 as payback time for the North. “Now is the time for Northerners to reciprocate the support Tinubu gave to their son (Buhari) in the last election,” Doguwa said.
The Kano lawmaker offered prayers for relief, saying: “I pray Allah brings relief to the masses of Nigeria.”
Doguwa’s comments from Saudi Arabia add him to the list of APC leaders already campaigning for Tinubu’s second term amid biting inflation and public discontent. Forgive Tinubu keep, how? |

If they had zoned it to the south, may be he would have been a strong competitor to Obi but Obi would still win cos the love for that man is more than organic. It is divine. |

Why should Gbajabiamila toe similar line of thoughts seeing that his principal was vehemently reprimanded for proposing such unfair ideology. When that one begin flex his muscle, he will be screaming of how many wars he has fought and became brigadier general but we that know he did not fight any war. bewisemasses: One issue I have with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is that he prioritizes politics over governance. He has displayed that many times.
Last night, I watched Governor Seyi Makinde's press conference after a security meeting with service commanders and heads of security agencies in the state on the Friday morning kidnapping incident in Oriire LG of Oyo State.
He confirmed one killed, seven teachers, and an unknown number of students abducted.
We are talking about young children. I couldn't stand watching the video of the elderly people crying, begging for their relatives’ release.
This morning made it the third day since the incident occurred, and nothing from the Presidency yet. Not even a statement.
Even the President's spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, chose to repost a political article ‘Seyi and his 2027 gamble’ yesterday. Agbalagba toh sey lagba lagba.
Instead of the president visiting, or inviting GSM to Abuja for a briefing, he chose to host Otunba Gbenga Daniel last night over Ogun state politics.
I'm not sorry to say: We don't have a sensitive, empathetic, and responsive leader and these are important qualities of a good leader! Never was, Never will be. All he wants is power to keep his interest goin. |
