voting began late in few areas because of logistic constraints or insecurity. The nation is undergoing fuel scarcity and cash crunch which might negatively impact election materials and personnel mobilization and also threat of insecurity from certain groups like IPOB and other terrorists groups which prevent early mobilization not until the coast is clear .

It’s important not to announce the winner instantly but wait few days to collate the results in order to douse the tension of those that their candidate did not win ,remind me again mr observers ,how many days does it takes in USA ?



The only people that are not happy with the outcome are the losers .

Most people supporting lp are not really interested in Nigeria betterment ,what they are interested in is their pocket .

Nothing like collusion,PDP has always been a great challenger too but their candidate this time around is not a serious fellow and has fallen off after been displaced by LP .

APC still has high chances of winning because Sanwo Olu performed,he’s a Christian,he has grassroots support,he’s considered a better Yoruba ,more experienced and he’s incumbent. Many people that voted for Obi will vote for him . The only people that might vote against him are previous PDP base,some foreign tribes and few aggrieved youths .

IMO , the only upset to my permutations before the election is Lagos and Rivers . The other outcomes are near perfect.

Tinubu should have won Lagos in a landslide

Atiku should have won Rivers in a landslide.

But fault-lines like religion and tribe in Tinubu’s candidacy was exploited to overturn his victory in Lagos while Wike factor overturned Atiku’s chances in Rivers . Still Rivers should have naturally deflected towards Labour Party but Wike is too big to bow down to Obi hence his decision to align with Tinubu . Which is an ingenious idea.

Obi is a talker ,talkers don’t do well .

The reasons Atiku failed to get bloc votes in the north is because

1) it’s not the north’s turn !
2) he has no messiah figure or cult following like Buhari
3) Tinubu is influential in the north

If you break the index down most of the countries listed can not tie Nigeria shoe lace ,be it in population,economy,military or innovations .


Except Nigeria points dropped based on insecurity,Education ,access to clean water ,erratic power supply,housing,unemployment rate ,HDI etc .
