What you failed to factor is that many of the protesters were against police brutality but not against Lagos state and also many people understands that the shooting was ordered by Buhari and not Sanwo Olu . A lot of people have moved on from that .

Also ,many people that have not yet move on will not want to vote lp based on other factors which will make them stuck or reluctantly vote APC which is still part of votes .
