I’m shocked that he wants to pull down the toll gate…how will he service the local syndicated loans? The foreign debt Wow! The entire stretch of that road is meant to be FGN initiative which LASG took upon itself to open up the Lekki & beyond axis and this was achieved by accessing both local and foreign debt.
