I wonder why some people are just so judgmental and biased on this issue. I am human too and I do not intend to treat anyone this way. However, it is possible the OP just portrayed the story from her own point of view.

Don't get me wrong. I am not holding brief for the guy here nor would blame him based on her story. It is just her own side of the story, her point of view. Truth is, no sane and forward-thinking playa, of marriageable age would let go of a good woman. Rather, he hands over his boots and quits playing. Some things are not always the way they seem. I really have not taken the time to calculate the MPG economy my C280 delivers cos i noticed it isnt as thirsty as i expected and compared to my last 4Runner. I'll post the info once I do the maths.
BTW, I dont understand why many Nigerians think only the rich old men own and drive Benz cars. Well, I luv to drive MBs for their reliability and comfort.

Hi all, @Siena, Kuntash, this is one amazing thread, with remarkable contributions so far. I drive a W202 C280 I6 US 'specs'. The drive quality is excellent. In a whole year, of everyday use in Lagos, it wasn't taken for repairs save servicing. It's true that the parts for the US specs are relatively more expensive than the Euros, (so avoid bumping into stuffs) but its overall maintenance is really affordable, arguably cheaper than the Japs of the same model year.
For new Daimler converts, the or my C280 'over delivers' in bends even on high speed. It is high on reliability, and the luxury C-Class come with full options, a complete car.
If you notice a black C280 that does the F1 thing every morning on Agg Mtr Road, it's cos it's a MB not a Jap, Lol

@OP, I understand this will be quite difficulty for you, but do not let the breakup crush your spirit. Sometimes, breakups are very necessary, and beneficial too.

I always recommend that pple check phone specifications and review before parting with their bar. I saw the X10 and had a feel of it, but it scores low with me cos it only has an onscreen keyboard, though it looks good, it doesnt seem like my kind of Pocket Computer. I'll stick to the X2, having owned the X1,

Personally, I recommend WinMo to only those who have a need for it, as it can be complicated sometimes, to one who's not into high end devices. My boss got an X1, after seeing mine, but was always having difficulty navigating the device until I got her a software that that simplifies the interface.
@belushi, it's good to know there are X1 users in da house. Just like you mentioned, I'm not really itching to upgrade to the X2, save for the camera improvement. Have you tried the SPB mobile shell.
