Religion / In God's Eyes, There Is Nothing Like Feminism (as Explained From The Bible) by hypertension(m): 3:34am On Mar 08, 2019
Here's what feminism means "the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes"

In simple terms, a woman feels she has equal rights with a man on every circumstance.

Here is the truth. God Loves everyone dearly (whether male or female) but loves orderliness too. Here are 5 reasons why the Man has more authority than the woman;

1. God created man first. Later, created the woman and tagged her a helper (Genesis 2: 18)

2. When God punished man for eating from the tree of knowledge, he said unto the woman "and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee" (Genesis 3:16)

3. God accepted polygamy from the beginning.

4. God forbids women to speak in the church through his commandment to apostle Paul. He said,

"Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church" (1 Corinthians 14:34-35)

5. God forbids a woman to teach or usurp authority over any man.

"Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence" (1 Timothy 2:11-12)

Finally, God has promised everyone that keeps his ways eternal life. Therefore, there is no male or female in Christ. However, there is a laid down hierarchy.

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:28)

I'm the last person here to engage in any tribal sentiments, you can go through my post since inception, you will never find it.

I abhor intolerance and tribal divisions in all its entirety, I rarely go past the first page of any tribal induced thread or even make a comment, but your indices of comparing the relative behavior of that particular ethnicity towards others was so flawed, it drew a bitter ire in me because I've lived in the east, worked in the east, schooled in the east and the conjectures you projected were so far from the realities of the majority.

Of course, there are a couple of virtuous eggs, and I'm still very much involved with them, both intimately and professionally, same for every other ethnic group too, but I would never draw a conclusion based on my own personal experience while minimizing the experiences of others, and a few I've been privileged to witness.

Have a nice Sunday bro! Your sobriquet though (Hypertension) Lol

In the wake of President Buhari’s defeat of Atiku, PDP and it’s supporters have been spreading hate across Nigeria. Making fun of people who voted for President Buhari and posting their videos online without their consent. These are obviously hateful people and concerned Nigerians must henceforth reject anything associated with PDP. They have shown before, during and after the Presidential elections that the only thing they bring to the table is hate. We need to do away with these hateful people before they destroy Nigeria. God bless Nigeria.

Im a PDP supporter and i love everyone as christ said. So its a sin to generalise.

Hatred is not about party but individuals. The Corinthians guy in this forum is an example of hate. and he is APC

The election was flawed. There is no reason to be happy because tomorrow you may be on the receiving end.

When PDP rigged for years, some section of this coitry were happy. Now its your turn to feel the pain.

If the youths of the country cant stand up for what is right then we will not have a tool to hold our elected officers accountable.

Its not APC OR PDP. they are all thieves. They know when its election time thay can use the army and police to rig elections in their favor.

We dont care who wins, we must first get the basics of free and fair elections to succeed in this country

We are all losers. Lets change our ideas first.

Politics / Re: APC May Pull A Shocker In Delta State by hypertension(m): 12:52pm On Jan 29, 2019
sebali:
I reside in Warri South LGA (warri precisely) bt work around Delta Central(Urhobo speaking area of Delta State).
The Urhobo's have the highest voting strength in the state with 8 LGA and they don't want Okowa to continue. A vast majority on the streets are for Ogboru (APC Gubernatorial Candidates). This is posing a big problem for PDP in Delta State as the average urhobo man thinks a vote for Atiku would increase Okowa's chances of clinching the state, so many though would agree with you that Buhari hasn't performed but they think a Vote for Buhari is a Vote for Ogboru. Simply put APC on the street leads in Delta Central which happens to have the highest voting strength in the state.
Now Delta south has 3 tribes; Itsekiri, Isoko and Ijaw. Here is a battle ground as the Itsekiri thinks it's their turn to produce the zones senator(The Isoko's has, James manager is presently there is Ijaw). Now in warri main town within Delta South the Itsekiri's(a minority tribe though) are rooting for Uduaghan for senate and thus rooting for Buhari. Within the riverine are many Itsekiri villages that have produced shocking numbers during past election.
The tussle for who produces the next senator between the Itsekiri's and Ijaw's may divide the PDP's presidential vote in Delta South(Itsekiri's on one side, the Ijaw's on the other side and the Isoko's in the middle).
I hate to say this because a win for Buhari is a step backward but if the reality on the streets in warri and all of delta central region e. g ughelli, sapele, Jeddo etc transcends into votes Buhari would get up to 50% of the votes in Delta State. Not out of love but because of the yearning for a change of government within the state and a touch of tribal politics.

A delta man vote for buhari.
.God forbid. i urhobo and never votig for bihari. maybe ogboru..we need change
