@op I am a microbiologist and I can categorically tell you that once the microflora of the va.gin.a is destroyed it can never be restored using yogurt therapy.

Although I agree that the same bacterium (lactobacillus) present in yogurt is also the predominant bacterium in the va.gin.a being part of the normal flora of that region. This bacterium is important because it successfully competes against other disease causing microbes by the production of lactic acid which inhibits the growth of the pathogens. Women have to be careful when undergoing antibiotic therapy because this can permanently alter the growth & population dynamics of microbes in the va.gin.a to the detriment of the woman in question. Anything that causes a drop in population of lactobacillus will render that lady susceptible to constant va.gin.al infections.

YOGURT therapy CANNOT rejuvenate the microflora of the va.gin.a. It does not really work. Please non of y'all should waste your money on this stuff.

I don't know how this MMM thing works,but i have read a lot of complaints of people losing plenty of money to what is termed a scam.

Actually its nothing too much for Nigeria government to give Muslims break and especially at this fasting period.

but the problem we have with Muslims is that they don't have particular dates for their festivals. everybody know the date for Christmas, even the date of the easter is usually known from the beginning of the year and everybody consider those dates when choosing dates for other things

I will just advice u guys not to feel cheated and chose the dates for all your stuffs at years beginning. this is a country not just a street that someone can just change things anyhow. #let peace reign#
