Pls help me nairalanders my system is sending all my files and apps to recycle bin , when ever I try to open a file is says " this is no longer located in c:\ users\ amaka\ desktop.v verify the item located and try again.
Pls help I have scanned like hundred times still nothing, now almost all my desktop icons are now in recycle bin, the worst path is my final yearproject which is also corrupted with the shortcuts, help me pls , formatting is not an option cos of my project.

@, op so you mean stew constitute in acne problems ? what about foods that contains red oil ,? cooked gnut? foods that come with natural oil like meat n fish, ? am seriously battling acne n I have stop taking foods that contains groundnut oil like stew, jollof rice, am taking more fruits, more water, soup made with red oil, vegetables,
I can't imagine myself not eating stew especially on Sundays, bt I have to do it cos I want my acne to go by all means,
pls is cooked groundnut causing acne, how abt egwusi soup, ?

Buy sebamed clear face foaming cleanser about 1500 and olay regenerist serum, goes for 5000, in 2 weeks u will see a difference. Im not saying it will clear it off completely in 2 weeks o. After 4 months the spots on my face had blended in almost completely with my skin. Im still on it. Though I still get breakouts before my period but it heals FAST like in less than a week and the spot clears off quickly too.

you can also get the sebamed clear face toner, I only used it for a month before I stopped because I felt I didnt need it any more. It reduces the oil on ur face. It has alcohol but not drying at all.

also, change ur pillowcase everyday,
do not use any scrub until u no longer have any inflamed pimple on ur face
do not pick, do not rub do not touch. HANDS OFF COMPLETELY. Its hard trust me, but u must try. And u face will get smoother ull be temped to touch every single time.

Pls do not, I repeat do not use any form of bleaching cream on your face especial mixed cream. It will take you a thousand steps back. Your acne will get worse trust me. Back when my acne was not bad, just teenage acne, I had a few black spots which I thought was a lot back then and only on my forehead and very little on my cheek. Somebody sold me a cream mix to use on my acne, very tiny tub it only lasted 2 weeks trust me my skin was flawless but it was lightening my face so I decided to stop. The type of big pimples that hit my face afterwards, I thought I was cursed and my face became darker than it was before i started using the cream from hell. I battled this for close to two years before it eventually settled. So please do not make the same mistake I made.

benzoyl peroxide will make u darker at least for me it did. And premature ageing. I dont recommend using it longterm. If you have casabella in a mall where u live u can buy from there. If not theres a seller on konga that I buy from she sells at 5k delivery 500naira. Sorry I dont remember her store name.

and about food, the only thing that I think contributed to my acne is milk.(chocolates milo icecreametc none) Which I stopped taking for two years and only started taking little again. I did an elimination diet. Like one week totally pig out on dairy sugar drinks oily food gnut etc and watch your skin for three weeks. Note that even if you get acne the next day, after u eat something. It might not be as a result of the food, it takes about 3 weeks for a pimple to form. So the pimple u have today isvas a result of something you did or ate three weeks ago. Thats why they usually tell you to give a product 4 to 6 weeks to work.

You can get retin a from med plus. But you need to be patient 0. But if u can wait it out your skin will be flawless eventually. If your are still braking out after 2 or 3 months dump it.

Tnx am hope that its works, I have to stop eating food that contain oil especially gnut oil, I want this diseases to clear at all means, am prepared to do anything, like stop eating oil food anyhow , am currently using only Dr Sheffield clear zit it contains 10% benzoyl perioxide morning and night, and its abt to get finished, I hope to see an improvement very soon.

1. Do you have oily skin?
2. Do you always eat oily food?
3. Do you make use of vegetable oil whenever you cook?
4. What sort of soap or anti acne cream are you using? 5. Do you drink lots of water regularly?
6. Do you scrub your face with sponge anytime you take your bath?
7. Do you consume a lot of sugar?
8. Please don't tell me you still groundnut or peanut. Or do you?
9. How often do you detoxify or use the toilet?
10.if your answer is yes for 1,2,3,6 and 7, your salvation is at hand. But if no, then you have a lot of work to do bro.

Before I start to conjecture or jump into conclusion, first of all it is best to go for a blood checkup to know if your blood is
purified or not , just go to a reputable hospital and tell them you want to do blood culture, it is not too expensive. after doing this, you can now know where to focus on.

I have a mixed skin,
yes I eat oil food, what else do we have in this country that don't contain oil,
I drink lots of water,
I use vegetable oil when cooking,
I don't use any acne soap, am using Eva soap to take my bath,
I have not scrub my face for years now.
resently I stopped consuming anything that have sugar.
I hardly eat nuts,

Add equal amount of a moisturizer to the Clear zit cos u need only 5% benzoyl peroxide to work at a time.
use Seba med face moisturizer to always keep ur face moisturized.

thanks, I just bought benzene peroxide yesterday and they said I should use it with olay, pls where can I get that olay? how abt eating oil food does it affect it? and if it does most of the food we eat nowadays contains oil, what do I do?

if you stay in abuja, zanklin hospital utako has a dermatologist and Garki hospital area 7 has one that comes every Tuesday. However please do not take roaccutane. It's a very strong drug that affects internal organs. abroad, you are monitored closely if on roaccutane, we don't have such facility here in Naija.

From experience i'lI advise you do retin A gel. It's a topical and milder version of roaccutane however not for pregnant women o. You can get it at health plus or any good pharmacy. When on it, do not use any harsh soap or cream on your face. You can use Dove bar and any sunscreen. Note a sunscreen is a must if using retin A and avoid the sun as best as you can.

I used to have terrible acne since I was 13 years old. It affected me a lot cos I was too self conscious. I wish I knew better so please try as much as possible not to let the acne affect you, if possible avoid mirrors and engage in fun activities. Cheers

Stop applying stuffs to your face,

Wash it regularly with simple premier cool soap,

Eat less fatty foods and more fruits and vegetables,

Have more sex(yes I said it) whichever way you choose to have sex is your business,

Take antibiotics regularly (but not too much because it can kill your sperm cells)

Exercise more and release those toxic materials via sweat.

Disturb the face less...just leave it and always try to keep a dry face...

It won't change overnight but in 2-3 months, you should see changes. If you don't see changes, continue the above.

Worked for me some years back.
