I suggest you raise a webform now or email and mention that she is due shortly. They will extend the request date and then baby can be added to your application.

For me, I had an international trip so needed my passport. I got one month extension with no issues.

Submit your passports, when the baby is delivered get a passport and update ircc they will inform you of the next step and make sure you have enough pof as at the time you update them. Congratulations on your PPR

My advice would be, do not send your passport to them yet, 30 days from 23rd October would be 23rd November by which time, all things being equal, your wife would have been delivered of your baby. Then send them a CSE notifying them of the new born.

Should your wife not be delivered of the baby on or before the 3 weeks as you stated, raise a CSE like 5 days to the expiration of the 30days and inform them that you are aspecting an addition to your family with the expected date of delivery.
They will reply you with the next steps.

pls I need assistance here, my AOR was August 2019. Jus today I went through my submitted forms and realized that I missed stating that I was denied U.K. visa before but I mentioned the one of USA. So I made a call to d minister of immigration Canada’s office and the Secetary picked. She told me that she have been getting calls from Nigeria on this issue that we should send our complaints through mail directly to the minister of immigration. That once he gets the mail he will definitely respond to our issue.

Find below the mail I also got from her:
