Aiit, i don't know much about virus, but it could be written with any language. In programming the language use is not the problem but the goal we want to achieve at the end of the day.
Virus is just like any other code but it cause harm to the computer system.
There should also be some special tools and framework which should help in creating these virus.

So you don't pay tax, you dont know what we call indirect tax, we pay tax indirectly for a lot of things we buy in this country, if u are a salary earner, am sure ur company remove your tax b4 paying your salary. Very few nigerians dont pay tax.
In germany they pay tax for everything because the govt provide everything. In nigeria we provide our light (gen), water, security. We are govt on our own yet we still pay tax and you are here talking rubbish, i know how much tax is being deducted from my salary every month. In germany education is free even for foreigners, yet the government provide everything they need, because govt school are free in nigeria doesn't mean the parents should be the one to provide desk n chair.
Mind you, they dont pay tuition fee but they pay for school uniform, pta fee, exam fee, book n other writing materials after all this they should still provide chair again, so what is now free about the free education your govt is providing.

For gaming learn how to use unity game engine or unreal game engine.
Unity game engine will require you to learn c# or javascript. I don't know much about unreal game engine. You can get tutorial videos for from youtube. Mind you the application are very large and require a lot of data to download. You can work with unity both online and offline, unity can work in almost any pc above 2004.

For application java for android and windows, swift for ios.
C c++ are also good language for game n application.

Using python to build a website frontend and backend will be very difficult, maybe almost impossible, but there are some framework available which will help u build a website with python. But in all if u want to build a website just learn javascript n php. U may go on to learn python, no knowledge is unless.

Web development has what we call frontend and back end, javascript is the only frontend web development language i know, u can't build a website without javascript unless u are using wordpress.

You can't really tell if it myth or real, most ethnic group in Nigeria has similar stories, i am from delta state warri, itsekiri to be precise and we have similar story of a princess been buried alive, but that was for some love related ish not war.

He earnestly wished there was an alternative. For days, he could not eat nor drink. The princess noticed how downcast her father was and asked to know the reason behind his sadness. Instead of opening up, he held off telling her the story for seven days, but on the eight, he relented and told her the words of the Oracle.

Princess Inikpi did not object, she did not fight. She went voluntarily on that day to the bank of River Niger, where she was buried alive. It was a sad resolution but the Igala people hailed her for her heroism. after the sacrifice, the story went on that as the Bini armies advanced to swoop, they saw the whole town in FLAMES and retreated feeling that there was no need taking war to a place already on fire; but it was the blood of Inikpi that deceived them.

this ur story was different from the one i read, the war did actually took place but the igala came out victorious, the king sustained a leg injury during the war which eventually lead to his death, the war was with the junku and not bini or benin, that was wat i read sha.
