The other day , I approached a population registration centre and enquire about doing the new NPC Birth attestation as a result of the mandatory onboarding to their database and then I got a shock. The shock is that it will cost #20,000 to get the attestation.

I think the govt needs to do more in terms of coming out to State the price and to create a feedback process in case there is any staff that pushes it upward . This is supposed to make sense but for corruption. Everyone is trying to cash out ...

Minister summary on coastal road project Lagos to Calabar
1. Project longtivity 8yrs
2. Cost is 4 billion per km and not 8 billion as claimed by Atiku
3. ITEC is more pronounced when it comes to concrete roads. Hence, they were awarded the project .
4. 10 lanes concrete road with railway suitated in the middle.
5. Toll fare will be introduced to last at least 50 years.
6. Govt to pay 15% of the project cost.
7. Contract negotiated downwards from 12trillion to 11.2trillion.
8. New designs were introduced from the existing plans.
9. Minister will visit landmark tomorrow for a meeting even though they have encroached beyond what was approved.
10. Many bridges were also introduced.

His business operation will not significantly boost naira as Reno claimed without the government heavily paying subsidy on the exchange rate as they are doing now......

Are we dashing him crude oil? Dude is paying for every crude oil feedstock in US dollars. If the FG wants to help Nigerians pay less, it would sell crude oil to Dangote Refinery in Naira but it doesn't want to for 2 reasons.

If it does sell to Dangote in Naira, Dangote can take advantage undercut supply to Nigerian marketers, whilst selling a large quantity of refined petrol to his international market in Africa, thereby making huge profit ( ie buying crude oil in Naira and selling refined products in dollars). Na Dangote naa. They know he is a smart crook.

Secondly, in the event that Dangote plays ball and sells in Naira to Nigerian marketers, Nigerian petrol would very cheap, and then the same marketers would be diverting products across the borders for heavy gains, just like they were doing during the heavy subsidy era.

Let's get to the meat of the matter, there was no minister by the time the man had his papers approved, but there were directors and the directors approved the deal. You should respect that.

It happens everywhere, government business cannot stop because the FG hasn't appointed ministers yet. There is no laws that says government approvals of anything must wait till a particular official shows up, there's always a stop gap in every office.

1) "to take care of (someone or something that is growing or developing) by providing food, protection, a place to live, etc".

2) "to encourage or support the development of someone or something"

3) "Nurture is care that is given to someone while they are growing and developing"

That your definition of 'nurture' or what you say it implies is the strangest thing I have ever heard since I was born!

All these are environmental factors that impact who we are. Nature - Nurture is more of a psychological expression , especially in developmental psychology. Altho, nutrition is kinda subsumed under nurture but influenced by a child's environment.
So , it isn't strange and there will be no need to laugh but also to learn. I have also learnt from all your three dictionaries

Some people are mentioning genetics but they forget that there is 'nature' and there is 'nurture'. What you lack in nature you can still obtain through nurture.

Meaning, if you have a gene that predispose you to tallness you are bound to be tall no matter what you eat or fail to eat. But if you don't have such gene eating plenty of beans while growing up could help grow taller than you could ordinarily have been.

My opinion though

Nurture imply "environment" not food.

Nnpc forcefully bought shares into Dangote's refinery. They bullied their way into it. Even Dangote complained it, cos it was never part of the arrangements when he started the plan right from Goodluck Jonathan's Regime.
Nnpc paid over 2billion dollars of borrowed money to buy that stake.

Guess what Nnpc is now? It's no longer fully a Government establishment.
Meaning there are stakeholders in there who get dividends from yearly profits.

Yes , he did say that. As at that time , he was confident about his ability to steer the ship called Nigeria. Like Yorubas always say , " won ma n ba eniyan was ise ni , won ki n ba se.
