When we have 'to' infinitive after the subjunctives, it changes from imagined and unreal future to a real future, for example now, saying something like ''i wish i were Adaeze'' is saying something unreal that can never happen, but when we use ''to'' it changes to a real stuff eg ''i wish to become like Adaeze'', this is realistic and attainable.
