Don't mind them. I have realized Nairaland is not the place to visit with regards to property development. If you don't know any better, you would lose all your life motivations. Someone even said N30m to build a "decent" bungalow. Lols.
Don't mind them, they're all in Lagos. In many parts of Ibadan, 7M will make your bungalow liveable or rentable. Don't expect anything fancy, just basic house. You can finish it up when more money comes.

Some people don’t have sense, any investment that can’t do 100% return in 6 years max is a very bad investment.

You didn't have to be insultive tho.

it's actually a compound interest system shaaa. And besides, it's a free money for now. I still targeting some certain amount before investing. I'm still hustling oo just that the way Naira is losing value in the bank everyday is scary.
Hello, I can see every dick and Harry bashing you here and there, I put it to them that they don't know so much about investing.

There are definitely active businesses you can do to get betterBROI, but what they fail to acknowledge is that 20% passive ROI without lock up is actually a big deal.

To the inflation guys, well, naira truly inflates in double digits (sometimes single) but with 20%, you're almost sure you will always beat inflation.

Now to the people saying it's labourer's money, let's say you earn that every week and you keep compounding it with your Branch machine week in week out, you won't be comparable with the average person who earns the same with you.

I don't represent/endorse any brand, I'm just a human passionate about investing.

I'd rather talk on them here bro(learnt a lesson relating with people live)

The safest ways to make money in crypto right now are ;

1. Through Stablecoins
2. Through exchanges
3. Delegating to new blockchains
4. Selling gaming nfts

I do all 4 from late 2020 and my life changed. Highest I can give is that for stablecoins staking go to coingecko and search through exchanges with score of 5 and above, register, verify, compare their rates and save accordingly.

If you want to buy a crypto with a lot of upside potential and little risk, buy a staking coin that's tied to an exchange and use it to farm more coins/money.

Delegating to new blockchains like atom, Juno, Osmo etc grants you airdrops worth millions(Google it for yourself)

Then NFT games like gods unchained I've made money while playing their card games and selling unique cards I unlock plus they airdropped millions(in naira terms) late last year.

Peace out and good luck.

@harpahrah(no vex, I don't get in touch with people anymore).
Thanks bro, I'll research and make something tangible out of this inshallah.

You said no cryptocurrency yet it's one of the best means to save.

You can lockup your usdt(avoiding Nigerian naira inflation) to earn 10-15% per annum through exchanges like binance, huobi, Okex, big one, etc.

You can save flexibly through Ancor savings and get 20% APY daily withdrawable income.

You can stake 20 Osmo and be paid 60% yearly and qualified for airdrops.

Make I no cast everything but there's money to be made in crypto(safely) if you're wise.

You sabi. How I go connect with you laidis? I dey on UST on Okex and branch. I split my funds into Naira and Dollars to be safe, both 20% pa. I want to know more

Branch (20%pa), Carbon, Kuda, Piggyvest, etc. Attached is carbon investment page and their current rates. It's simple and you can (should) do it yourself. You can withdraw your money from carbon flexsave anytime.

You're very right. I am currently supervising a construction project and I can attest to all you have said. Personally, I regret not learning a trade to add to my formal education. I envy and marvel at these guys as they ACTUALLY do the work. It makes me feel like a fraud cos I can't actually do anything myself.
My kids and any young one around me will learn a trade in addition to formal education. It is the way to go

That construction fraud ehn... You're the first manager I'll hear this truth from. You must be a very compassionate, non selfish and analytical human being. From the finest buildings in lekki to the mediocre ones in Ifo, na artisans dey do the actual job.

[s][/s] You're just talking through your anus. There are countries with worse economies yet they still retain alternative pay systems that allow citizens spend and make transactions with any foreign currencies as they like . Unlike here where your Yahoo friends have virtually crippled all e-payment platforms like PayPal, Transwise and flutterwave from operating in Nigeria all because of cybercrimes. In fact, wasn't it for this same reason that CBN stopped cryptocurrency from operating in Nigeria ...? Mtchww...continue giving excuses for your Yahoo friends. Your unborn children go hear am . Nonsense
Yahoo boys are terrible but they're not the ones responsible for scarcity of dollars. Okay? Stop disgracing yourself.

Payment systems not operating in Nigeria is different from banks capping the amount you can spend. Read up!

Fraudulent activities and illegal money laundering schemes. That's why PayPal and other payment methods don't operate in Nigeria anymore. It's also one of the reasons why your spending is limited on International transactions with all banks nationwide
This is not really true. It's due to the unavailability of dollars in good quantity.

This war should not be happening.
Russia and Ukraine have always intermarried.

There are many kids with Russia fathers and Ukraine mothers, and the other way round. There are many Ukraine citizens of Russian descent or ancestry.

Ukraine president is foolish and a puppet for USA.If I were him,I would be friends with my powerful next door elder brother Russia, and be neutral to USA and Nato.

He shouldn't have been a president,it doesn't fit him. He looks like someone who should have been a Chef. It fits him better.

What if your powerful neighbor wants to dominate you and your lands? What it they're demanding what you can't give

Investment / What Is The Best Way To Invest Money For The Long Term? by IamDavid(m): 7:38am On Feb 17, 2022
My brother just got an accumulated bonus of about 5 million naira. He is not a street person, just a regular guy focused on his job. He initially wanted to use the money to change his car but he understands that a car is mostly not an asset, it's just another toy to show off(especially in this circumstance.

I told him to take the money away from traditional banks and deposit it on carbon, at least he will be able to beat inflation. Guys please I'll need your inputs on passive investments that will generate good ROI with that capital. Thank you.

I migrated 0n 3.3.2018.

Here is what I can tell you guys. Life has been exceptional beautiful since I moved to Germany. 3 years after I moved to Germany, I got a job in the finance sector, I got my German Citizenship. The trick is doing what 99% of the people dont do. Mingle with German people, learn german to at least C1 level, get rid of your Naija mentality as it doesn't work here. Hone your craft. Invest money in shares, gold. bonds. Dream higher and back it up with actions.

Germany has many untapped opportunities and you will see them if you open your eyes.

LIFE IS GOOD MHEN!
I doubt your credibility
