Those parents that does this want to make sure u don't touch d money but until u re in School.
Some don't trust you wont use it for other purposes while u re here!

So they want to be sure u cant withdraw and spend it here, that why they put a lien. (Infact some account managers advices customer sponsoring UNTRUSTED children to put a LIEN, thereby putting d client's mind at Rest)
For d money to be safe/peace of mind.
MEANWHILE BANK REMOVES D LIEN WHEN U ARE READY TO TRAVEL.... (AUTOMATICALLY OR ON REQUEST)

I never knew about a LIEN until I witness an elderly father's (argument) last year 2019 December that visited a Bank near the Muritala Muhammed Airport to remove d LIEN placed on his child Account few hours to his son's flight to study in Texas USA.

If your uncle put a LIEN he just want to be sure d money is safe or available to u only on arrival in UK...

So it's not a crime or wickedness.
But for SAFETY Purposes.

If you have a LIEN on your account or Sponsor Acc.
That should not problem.

A lien is a RESTRICTION place on an account, ordering the Bank not respond / acknowledge any Transaction below a specific Account.

For example, if u have N5m in ur account but need 15m for a purpose and thereby approach me to help u transfer 10m to ur account.

If I don't trust u wont RUN/WITHDRAW with my money, we can both go to ur bank and REQUEST for a standing-Order for a LIEN to be placed on: N10m till agreed date. (Usually a month) & 10m will automatically transfer back to my account. Or on request...

But this LIEN will not appear when u print ur BANK STATEMENT.
INSTEAD ALL BALANCES TOGETHER APPEARS.

So no worries!

Wow. Mine is about 500k plus hanging in there for IHS fee of three and half years. Even the mail I sent them after paying £5 plus, I haven't got a response.
It's really sad. I called their phone lines as their website indicated, I should call if I don't get a reply after two days of mailing. This is about the 10th week after the denial. How long more am I expected to wait for something that should be an auto- reversal.
Wow damn, please what was the reason for denial?

Hello, I just called Ukvi about my application and the rep told me that a decision hasn't been made on my application since 25th nov standard, I just got a mail now that my application wasn't straightforward and I can't get a decision within the service target ..please has any had this issue before?..I'm scared..

My biometrics was on the 9th of December 2019 with super priority package, I was called on phone for interview on the 12th of December (25 minutes call) and today 16th December I received the collection mail in the morning and collected it in the afternoon..VISA ISSUED.. ALL GLORY BE TO GOD.
