Mindlog: The Yorubas themselves, can't even imagine electing FFK as a leader of Yoruba apex group because they know he is an efulefu!
By the way, other tribes have not been interested who the Yorubas have chosen as their apex group's leader.....so face front and stop this gbeborun. Really? I didn't say any tribe, I said Igbos. Igbos that care enough to know who is the governor in every Yoruba States? |

He was Campaigning for the leadership of igbos when he referred to Yorubas as politicial rascals.
He used the hatred for Yorubas to show "loyalty and leadership" qualities to his people and generate interest amongst his people, same as Namdi Kanu.
Imagine Electing FFK as a leader of Yoruba apex group, despite the insults he threw Igbos way during the election.
What will have been the reaction of Igbos and Woke Yorubas on Twitter? |

Southwest remains the headquarters of acute poverty and chronic hunger ..
That’s the fact
Reality is much more different from imaginary statistics
90% of Nigerians and Yoruba people know this truth How exactly do you measure poverty? Is it by bragging? Or what exactly? Yorubaland is head quarters of Middle income Nigeria largely represented in Lagos and Ogun state with ripple effect in other four Yoruba states The huge chunk of Middle income Nigerians live within the South West region of Nigeria. Middle income earners are the engine room of the economy of any country. |

post=122704888: Even Land transportation you hardly see any Yoruba transportation companies or morden park outside Yoruba land, they always use old mini vehicles, their park in Onitsha, they rented shop all the buses going to Ondo, Ekiti, Oyo etc use the same small space no comfort unlike the ones own by easterners, Ondo transport company was trying during Mimiko not yet again, Eastern transport companies always go for brand new vehicles and Morden parks etc. This a false information. All the Eastern transportation companies are mainly targeted at travelers going to west and Northern parts of Nigeria. Most Westerns hardly ever travel outside their own region, hence a transportation company from west will not survive the test of time, just like the Ondo state transportation company. |

Ogun state is lot more closer and there's no airport in Ogun state.
If I want to travel by air to anywhere, I go to Lagos first because it's far more cheaper to fly from Lagos to anywhere in Nigeria.
I am from Oyo state too. |

The population of Nigeria should be 100 million at most.
Every independent Data released always point to that direction.
It is also clear that Lagos is the most populated with estimation of over 7 to 10 million people.
Kano should be 5 to 7 million people. |

alabo1: Why use 9 inch for a bungalow. That sum more than enough. 8-9 mil tops including all fittings.. Let us not use contractor quotes please. 9 inches is the best, it resist water better than 6 and 5 inches blocks. I know people in East prefer 5 inches tho. |

obonujoker: 6 inches block - 280/300 per block
9 inches block- 330/350 per block
2000 pieces of 9 inches block = 2000x350= 70,000
100 bags of cement for block work, plastering, Lintel and casting of pillars- 450,000
Building sand, plastering sand and gravel- 600,000
Engineer and other builders fee- 500,000
This estimate is block work alone for a 3 bed bungalow
I think 2M should be Ok. Buy your material yourself 2000 blocks for three bedroom bungalow? Can you give me the dimensions of the rooms? Abd you forget to add iron for the lintel In addition, If we use the moral ratio of 1 bag for 50 blocks, how will 100 bags be enough?. |

obonujoker: Still too much.
10 tonnes of plastering = 70/80
10 tonnes of sharp= 85/90
10 bags of cement = 45,000
Tiler- 100k What about the tiles? And 10 bags of cement Most tilers use pure cement for wall tiles. |

JASONjnr: It depends...
If you want to source for original materials with durability and to stand the taste of time, 12mil can do it better.
But if you want it to be quick like gbagi house, two million will finish the job for you.... Two million cannot do the block work of a three bedroom bungalow anywhere in Nigeria. |
Properties › Re: Can 11 Million Naira Build This Kind House? by Iamgrey5(m): 5:37pm On Apr 22, 2023*. Modified: 6:27pm On Apr 22, 2023 |
No
The house should be a three/ four bedroom bungalow.
The roof alone could cost 4m with the setbacks designs to make it beautiful
Block work maybe up to 2m or more ( you will need 2500blocks at least with a 9 inch block going for 350 to 400 naira)
Cement of about 70 bags for foundation, shocking blocks and lintel. You will need another about 70 bags for plastering. A bag of cement should N4850 or so
You need about 15 to 20 length of 12mm iron rod for lintel and the pillars. I believe a length should be 4 to 5k now
You will need to pay Labourer Bricklayer, Welder and carpenter.
That is just the start not the finishing which cost a lot.
We still have
Artwork design, Plumbing, Electric work and fittings, tiling, doors, windows and burglary, painting etc. |
