A single front elevation image of a property CANNOT be used to determine the cost of construction.
It can’t even be used to make a very rough guess.

The size of the property and the number of rooms matters most.

Ignore interior finishing, if you don’t specify the interior plan and layout, you aren’t really getting anything.

Share the floor plan and you’d get more reasonable prices.

Share the level of interior finishing you want.

The land also determines final cost. Is it a clay site or has lots of rocks? Its it on a slope and you have to reinforce storm flooding?

Make sure you collect quotations and buy things by yourself. Speaking from experience sir how I realise thousands from buying materials for myself ranging from aluminium windows go to dopemu , plumbering materials go to odun ade if you can and fittings, to electrical , to paints etc etc with that been said also make sure you make your own blocks it's better to buying rubbish made cos of excess profits. Wish I can post houses I have handled

I built mine with less than 5m in 2020 although I used different roofing sheets.it exactly the same building plan.

Minus cost of land, 14m will finish that house excluding fence .

But 11 million will take it to habitable level .

As for the bungalow cost in question, only the building is 8m to build, with finishes and no fittings
