Adding the figures from the graph:

South East = 36
South West = 54
South South = 45

North West = 60
North East = 50
North Central = 54

Total = 299

South East ratio = 36/299 x 100 = 12%

So based on this, South East accounts for 12% of Buhari's appointments.
