Now a simple question for you, take a close look at the personality of El-rufai/APC government, Now can you verge on anything you hold sacrid that they will uphold this bill with "Equity" if passed into law now relate your answer to your last paragraph.

The good part of the bill is El'rufai won't enforce or execute it, an inter-religous council constituted of imam and pastor would.. it's similar to the institute of peace and conflict resolution Abuja.

To be honest with you, i haven't been to delta during his administration, However some economic indices are valuable for accessment of a state developmental progress. In fairness If a foreign investor is looking up a state to invest in the southsouth geopolitical zone going through CBN statistics and NBS releases it hasn't shown much. Maybe the governor's effort hasn't yet been maturing into results.. for instance the stadium generaTed much bad press compared to that of uyo
