You wrote alot and yet nothing.. your initial argument was minimum wage affects only junior workers irrespective of the ministry or agency..

BTW junior worker in ministries and MDA is GL 1-7
Minimum wage affects junior staffs only olodo rabata, that's why senior worker are negotiating theirs with FG.

ASUU negotiation doesnt concern NASU,

So you see why FG negiotiation with senior staff shouldnt cause wailing, except from morrrons

Like I said English is your problem, they don't earn minimum wage but an increase in minimum wage affects both junior and senior workers % increase might be different but everyone's salary increases..

By Ur comment it means after implantation some junior workers will earn the same salary as senior workers
You reek of ignorance, but I will try to help you

Civil service run two salary structure

In the Police. You have one for Rank and file, And One for officers

In University, you have Teaching And non teaching. Staffs NASU and ASUU

In the Army you have commissioned And the Non commissioned forcemen

And in the Ministry And MDA you have Senior Staff GL 6- to P's And junior Staffs GL 0-6

not only are there different salary structure but also Disciplinary And administrative structures

For example rank And file of a police are handled by NPF it self however Officers are handled by Police Service Commission

This is the concept behind Governors owing different. Civil Servants Levels different percentage of salary debt

Ahhh IC , English is actually your problem.. lowest remuneration that employers can legally pay their workers, does that translate to only junior workers ?
It is the lowest amount an employer can pay his employee not the lowest amount to pay a company's junior staff.
.
Your case is irredeemable.. continue basking in your ignorance... infact senior workers like nurses And doctors earn minimum wage... it's to early for shallow argument so you win sir

See how you are disgracing the people who wasted their hard earn money on your tuition

Anyways Wikipedia defines ; A minimum wage is the lowest remuneration that employers can legally pay their workers. Equivalently, it is the price floor below which workers may not sell their labor. History · Minimum

So Mr dunce, senior workers collect minimum wage

Its clear, wailers are simply uneducated, if after reading the news and you wail and insult buhari then you wasted your tuition and deserve a refund.

Anyways to explain to dull morons, the new minimum wages are for lower level workers only and negotiation as ended on that .

However the goverment are engaging the senior workers on how to implement the minimum wage, and negotiating pay rise for senior workers also

As for does qouting me wrongly

Stop mistaking the minimum wage act And CONPSS consolidated public service salary structure together the minimum wage was sorted but upward or downward review of salary wwould just be negotiated.

The privatization (actually partial privatization) of the electricity sector was done under the Electricity Sector Reform Act of 2005 - that is, a law enacted EIGHT YEARS BEFORE the actual privatization in 2013, not under any so-called “hasty sales agreement”. The reason the DISCOs are struggling are obvious. Among other things, Buhari’s federal government (which still own 40% of each DISCO) has not met its own part of the performance agreement and has not injected its own share of equity funding to enable the DISCOs rehabilitate and expand facilities. In addition, until the government regulator agrees to cost-reflective tariffs (currently held to about an average of N38 kw/h while generation costs about N52 kw/h) the DISCOs will always make losses and will never have attractive enough balance sheet to borrow from banks and debt-finance rehabilitation and expansion. Not to mention that in a country of an estimated nearly 200 million citizens there are just about 6 million registered customers inherited from PHCN records, while the military, police and MDAs continue to default on their electricity bills.

Stop covering up for Jonathan
2005 reform act simply unbundled nepa to gencos transmission coy And phcn

As. Culled from wiki: On 30 September 2013, following the privatization process initiated by the Goodluck Jonathan regime, PHCN ceased to exist. In its stead, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) was formed. The independent regulatory agency, as provided in the Electric Power Sector Reform Act of 2005 was tasked with monitoring and regulating the Nigerian electricity industry, with issuing licences to market participants, and with ensuring compliance with market rules and operating guidelines.[4]

PHCN Successor Companies

Following the 2013 divestiture of the federal government from PHCN, the company was divided into separate companies or entities called Local Electric Distribution Companies or Local Distribution Companies (LDC). Each company will be responsible for handling electricity distribution in each state or region.

As of May 2016,[5] the structure of the

1. The Internet Penetration Rate corresponds to the percentage of the total population of a given country or region that uses the Internet.
2. landmass : a large area of land

Again i'll say it ,internet penetration in the totality of kwara from ilorin to offa isnt up to 70% due to unavailable telcom infrastructure, electronic transmission of data from rural poling unit requires data services which isnt available across 30% of the state... in this case madam inteligent should rural voters be desenfranchised .. reply with commonsense and not common meme

If a president is foolish enough to sign bills rushed on his desk by the sinking 8 assembly headed by saraki then he isn't fit to govern

The same Saraki that snakishly added a cluase that stated result would only be acceptable only if it was sent electronically, just three month to election knowing fully well that even his kwara can't boost of 70% internet penetration over there landmass,

he greedily wanted to reorder election sequence , so that we could have wasted a whole weekend for senatorial election not minding inec overhead cost.

They tried pressuring Buhari using there twitter influencers, And Media but failed. I believe they would still fail.

That was how Jonathan was tricked to sign the worst sales agreement known to mankind by selling off PHCN to some few elites without any buy back clause or arcertaining if the new distribution company has capacity to provide meters And transformers. Till now just because of one mans hasty signature, we all have to contend with fraudulent estimated billing

Obasanjo won buhari from katsina
Jonathan Obj's protege won buhari from katsina

Even. Queen Elizabeth visited him.

Obasanjo's only mission in Nigeria as sent by the western world(through several training in England, US and India), was simply to keep Nigeria Underdeveloped by blocking all progress in the power sector, Encouraging bad governance through imposition of weak presidential candidates and making sure Nigeria never get to develop ajaokuta steel complex

Anytime Obasanjo ask Graduates to go back to farm in modern terms i laugh, western world wants you as farmers and their kids as manufacturer. While you work on cotton platation, kardashian sisters become billionare fashion mogul without even knowing how cotton plant looks like, or know how to actually sow cloths

Egypt added 12000megawatts of electricity to their grid in just 3 years without nuclear or coal they now export electricity to ethopia earning cool forex, Obasanjo dribble us on electricity for 8 years his stooge played us and sold Nepa to people who intentionaly wont give meters or transformers, and forced independent power plant owners to serve the national grid or loose their license. There by fufilling western cardinal agenda of non competitive Nigeria.
