like I said tinubu still holds the ace as it stands today in Lagos politics, but all together an enemy like Ambode APC at federal level would try really hard to avoid him... 2015 general election in Lagos the winning margin was just around 100k votes, while agbaje had a staggering 600k votes. do you honestly think buhari would be comfortable with Ambode an incumbent governor working against APC interest?

It is election time,Buhari will definitely dance to Tinubu's tune except you want him to lose. PDP will take advantage of any disagreement between Buhari and Tinubu if there happens to be any. Tinubu owns the political structure on ground not Ambode. I believe Buhari will cooperate with Tinubu not to jeopardize his reelection.
Even if Ambode survive this moment,he will end well politically.

both tinubu and ambode are precious to buhari right now, although tinubu holds the ace. with the litlle hiccups in kano with kwankwaso, buhari can't afford to gamble or joke with Lagos/Kano/Rivers votes

fighting with a former accountant general of a state that has never openly audited state account in decades, is very dangerous. they can only threaten him to resign behind close doors.

Kano State's unity when it comes to rigging is overwhelming. whether vote buying, underage voting, fake census, anything to outsmart other region is their collective agreement. if not for kwankwaso this people wouldn't have exposed themselves, they would have all kept quite or speak only in Hausa.

Ambode made some bad mistake; most political party worldwide are funded by patronage of its member or sponsors by the ruling government (e.g NRA and the Republican party) cutting off PSP arrangement was very bad and an anti-party policy,
Secondly; underfunding or complete abandonment of projects of his predecessor, just because the contract doesn't favor him or his government is purely childish. government is about continuity and Lagos has a master plan that must be followed without prejudice.
Thirdly; his inaccessibility to his party faithfuls and the media trail of his predecessor was totally uncalled for.

his General performance as an administrator as been above average, with the shortfall of revenue from crude oil as compared to fashola, he was able to take development to some forgotten part of Lagos

my first few days were used to curse Nigerian past and present leaders, i still secretly curse them beneath my breath especially when I read about the organised criminal gang we call government and see the BMC crew supporting them blindly. well food is cheap and surplus, transport is cheap and well organized(first time in an underground speed train for me was fun), and if you ain't greedy or lazy, you can leave a quality life (unlimited internet,fresh food,access to public parks, manageable jobs to carter for bills and Little savings) and most importantly you can actually plan your own life without government wahala, or social/religious crises no NLC/ASUU strike

as the former accountant general of Lagos state, Ambode got dirt on almost every one of them, first round sanwolu's dirty record, second round fashola's financial record on funding 2015 general election, and the grand finale tinubu's state funded

I don't even blame buhari for always supporting his tribe, he has been taking care of his fulani(father side) kanuri(mother side) ethnic group since forever. my condemnation is with the silent and docile, retired Generals, Professionals and academic professors of the middle belt extraction.
