TheGift: There is nobody arguing that there aren't issues in Nigeria.
But still it will be the height of foolishness to think America is doing this because they care about Nigerian Christians. They do not give a hoot about you. All.of that is just a pretext as we can.now see from the attacks on South Africa.
Or do you believe there is white Genocide in South Africa too ?
What we should be doing is not asking America to come into Nigeria on their own terms. We should use this opportunity to.pressure government to unmask terrorists sponsors and make them face the law, even international law.
And even if by your Owm definition, we are not a sovereign nation, we will never attaint sovereignty by openly capitulation to the illegal threats of a Man whose own country is in a worse state than it has been in 40 years. A man, who has no respect for international.law and is hell bent on fermenting trouble.all.around the world.
Why did He not go to China that is clearly and.openly persecuting Urgyur Christians, since.he cares so.much about Christians.
Let us not be like the mosquitoes who went to ask for the help of insecticide, to kill the cockroaches living in with them.in the same house. And that is how they all died. Along with the innocent fly, who was not even involved Your submissions are logical and sound and I understand your line of thought. Yes, America clearly have it's own interest....everybody does including chinese russians and french who are using bokoharam as shield to mine our natural resources in the north as I type this. But you see everything you wrote up there is under the assumption that we have a sensible President who will prioritize the lives of citizens above politics. But you know that reverse is the case. We all know that Tinubu will gladly allow the killing to continue if that will guarantee northern votes for his second term agenda. If I have to choose between being enslaved again by Americans or being enslaved by Fulani herdsmen and Jihadists in my own country I will gladly take the American slavery. The killings must stop now! This is our opportunity as the world attention is currently focused on Nigeria. If Nigeria loses the war against these terrorists do you know the scale of humanitarian crisis that it will trigger? Where will you and I run to? Even if you run abroad can you take your parent and entire family with you? |

Originalsly: I'm referring to Adeboye. Isn't Nigeria a sovereign State? ... or are we still a colony? What happens within a State does not determine if it's sovereign or not. Whether the government is in total control ....as in North Korea. ....or no control ...as in Haiti ...does not determine if the State is a sovereign one. Nigeria is not sovereign. You were invaded by at least 5 nations 10 years ago and it was politicians that invited the invasion. If you don't know this then I don't know how to proceed with this conversation |

And if you don’t know this, then it’s because you’re still growing. Ok so let's assume that you are correct and America sponsored Fulani herdsman from Mali and Niger to come into Nigeria and kill Nigerians....so what is the response of our own government and military? The military is very quick to declare python dance crocodile smile against IPOB but Fulani terrorist killers are above the law. If the government will not listen to we the citizens that are asking the government to do it's job then I whole heartedly support trump to come and wipe them out. UAE sent list of northerners sponsoring bokoharam but APC government swept it under the carpet. Not one of them had been arrested or prosecuted till today. The killers of Deborah who burnt her alive on social media are roaming freely. If you support this government action in the name of stupid sovereignty then you are also complicit. We are not sovereign and we have never been. Fulani herdmen, Chinese, Russians, french have invaded the north east in the same country where you are shouting sovereignty. The first duty of any responsible government is protection of live Is it until the killing gets to your door step before you see the script playing out? How can you have millions of your own citizens in IDP camps for over 10years now while foreigners kill and takeover their land and villages |

dequir: In my recent post where I mentioned Dangote refinery as a headache to United States, someone said how? Now listen 👂 For decades, the script was simple: Africa drills the oil, the West refines it, and Africa buys it back at triple the price, with gratitude. Imagine that!
Now Dangote came with a 650,000-barrel-per-day “plot twist.” -The first migraine hit when U.S. fuel export numbers started twitching. West Africa, that loyal customer, suddenly said, “No thanks, we’ll refine it at home.” Imagine selling umbrellas in a desert, that’s how America feels right now in the diesel market. -Then came the second headache, the petrodollar sneeze. If Nigeria starts trading refined products in naira, yuan, or even “AfriPay,” that’s a direct jab at Uncle Sam’s global ATM. The dollar doesn’t like competition; it catches inflation fever when others sneeze independence. -Third pain: The geopolitical thermometer just went up. Africa’s biggest refinery means fewer oil tankers from Texas, and more from Lagos to Lome, under African control. That’s not energy trade; that’s energy freedom. And freedom, apparently, is bad for business. -Fourth dose: The U.S. isn’t happy seeing Nigeria shaking hands with China and India on refinery deals. It’s like watching your ex build a mansion with your rival. The refinery runs on Chinese funding and Indian technology, two things America used to monopolize. -And finally, the fifth and deadliest headache, the symbolism. Dangote didn’t just build a refinery; he built a mirror, showing Africa what it could’ve been decades ago if it stopped outsourcing its future. Now Washington can’t just send “economic advisers” and “development loans” with fancy conditions anymore. Africa might soon say, “Thanks, but we’ve got this.” So Dangote’s refinery isn’t just refining oil, it’s refining pride, power, and perspective. And for the first time, the biggest gas leak in the room isn’t from Nigeria, it’s from America’s nerves. _____ MAB✍️
#az2world #Governance #Dangote #dangoterefinery #NigeriaNews #UnitedStates Stop grabbing at straws. Simple question why has your government decided to look the other way instead of dealing a decisive blow on terrorists and their sponsors. The issue isn’t about religion; it’s about leadership and accountability. Whether Christian or Muslim, what truly matters is the willingness to act and serve the people. Honestly, by standing firmly with the church, Donald Trump has shown more commitment to Christian causes than Yemi Osinbajo ever did. OracleJay411: Gumi is right
1st there is no Christian genocide in Nigeria. Trump and his cohorts should have investigated the situation and had discussions with Nigerian officials before jumping on social media to rant nonsense
2. Trump is trying to bully Nigeria because Tinubu refused Trump dump his deported criminals in Nigeria
3. This is a time for Nigerians to stay united and show that a tyrant that is abusing human rights in his country USA cannot bambooze a Sovereign country like Nigeria with 220 Million people. We wont bow to neocolonialism.
Trump did the same in South Africa by falsely claiming there was white genocide, till date, US cannot prove it Chief both you and the Gumi you are supporting are not alright. Citizens are killed everyday in all parts of Nigeria by Fulani islamic terrorists but your government keeps mute, turn a blind eye or negotiate with them. This has happened for over 10 years now under APC government that it has become a normal thing. Predominantly Christian populated areas across many states are being systematically wiped out - plateau, Kaduna, nasarawa, Benue, Taraba. They have spread to southwest states too. There are thousands of people in IDP camps who have been driven from their ancestral lands yet your irresponsible government refuse to take decisive military action against these people and their sponsors UAE sent the list of terrorism sponsors in the north but APC government swept it under the rug. Extra judicial killing of Christians go unpunished notable is the redeemed church pastor that was lynched in Kano and Deborah that was burnt to death in broad daylight with the perpetrators posting videos on social media. Even the young airforce Yoruba fighter pilot who was highly trained to neutralise insurgency was killed by her colleagues right in the air force base. Nobody has been prosecuted till date. APC instead of fighting terrorism until they are defeated choose to placate and reward them. Do you know that there are parts of the north today where farmers pay tax to terrorists before they plant and harvest? The food inflation we are experiencing today is partly due to Northern farmers that were driven from their farms to IDP camps. Since Tinubu and his APC government choose to be irresponsible I totally support the international community efforts first to call out the government and possibly take action to defeat terrorism once and for all in Nigeria. This is not the time for emergency patriotism. Tinubu has shown that he doesn't care about daily killing of citizens. All he wants to protect is himself and his reelection while taxing Nigerians to death. Sorry but the truth is bitter! |

American bullets or bombs will not spare any Nigerian Christians. This was how Iraqi Kurdish people invited American bombs in Iraq only to get bombed along with their Muslims brothers
From Iraq to Afghanistan to Libya to Siria etc. Same thing happened in all of those countries UAE in conjunction with United States intelligence arrested and jailed Nigerian sponsors of bokoharam that are residing in Dubai. They sent the remaining names to Nigerian government to take action but your government swept it under the rug. Till today nobody on that list in the north have been prosecuted. LibertyRep: Action in Nigeria as how? Invade a sovereign nation?
I think this genocide claim is becoming a subterfuge for something sinister.
Assist Nigeria to tackle this insecurity and not take action uninvited. You can't assist a government that is complicit and turns the blind eye to killing of its own citizens. Imagine a government that forgives bokoharam killers and "reintegrate" them with some allegedly being recruited into the army... Those that burnt Deborah alive and posted it on social media are walking free. What do you want that international community to think? Any weapon they give to the army would probably end up in the hands of those terrorists anyways. Tinubu came out on October 1 to say that the nation is safe and secure despite killings going on in kogi and Kwara. Any non state actor that is bold enough to come nto town armed in daylight for peace talk is clearly sanctioned by the government of that locality. Some parts of the north pay tax to bandit to plant and harvest on their own land. Tinubu is focused on taxing Nigerians to death instead of security the nation. He is quick to change service chief for alleged coup to protect himself but he doesn't care whether Nigerians are slaughtered on a daily basis |

VOsimhen144: I feel this a Good news for the economy, bad news for fuel importers.
We have Dangote refinery which has even expanded to become the world's largest refinery. Why are we still importing fuel when we have local refinery ? BUA is almost completing his own too.. this will make our Naira stronger against the dollars while we also earn more of foreign exchange by exporting the products abroad which Dangote has already started exporting to the United States.
The fuel importers can also avoid this fuel import Tax by building local refinery here to compete against Dangote thereby creating a competitive market environment which will eventually crash the price of the products totally Unfortunately the economy does not work by your feelings. Dangote cannot meet local demand. Fuel is almost 1k/ltre today yet you support a 15% tax on the import that supplement local production. That will translate to around 1,300 per litre by the time you add transportation and this new tax. Then the price of transportation and food will jump again. All services that rely on any form of fuel will increase their prices. Tinubu removed subsidy, increased income tax, spent billions on turnaround maintenance on PH and Kaduna refinery as the petroleum minister yet he can't explain why PH and Kaduna are not working today to augment what dangote is producing. This is just a ploy to legalize dangote refinery in my opinion and get ready because the queue will return when dangote is unable to meet demands. You don't eliminate your backup plan before fully actualising your plan A. It's foolishness! |

People relocate normally during previous administrations but as soon as APC brought their direction less policies poverty and hardship has worsened progressively since 2015. franchasng: I don't think this is good practice in a Church.
The Church should be a sacred place to worship and to commune with God not an entertainment center neither should Church be turned to a marriage counseling center.
If the Pastor wanted to turn to a marriage counselor, he should have organized a marriage seminar outside the Church and strictly for married couples.
The work of Church is to win souls for Christ and to help people learn to emulate Jesus Christ and live their life like Jesus Christ and not to entertain or to teach couples how to love each other. The Bible already taught that, couples should read their Bible and once they follow the ways of Christ, they don't need any Pastor to teach them to be good husband or wife to their spouses.
Dear Pastors, focus on Holiness and every other thing will fall in place please!!
This should be condemned and abolished immediately from all Churches please What is holiness? A woman kneeling before her husband is a sin? I don't get the thought process that produced this your long epistle. Bisi adewale ministry is focused on helping marriages succeed and helping singles get married with the right character and mindset Should the service have been organized in a night club? Im just wondering how the system successfully duped men into thinking this way because women are very wise and they don't think like this A woman died last year and left over 30 million in her account with her last born as next or kin. The husband had asked severally and this woman would pretend she doesn't have any money. Meanwhile her husband is struggling to pay rent and school fees and take care of her parent out of the meager salary he is earning. She will still nag him for not giving her enough money. The man went to process letter of administration and discovered this, he couldn't believe his eyes and ears. As for me, any woman that keeps her finances secret from a responsible husband is just taking advantage of him. Daejumong: Pastor Tunde Bakare: “ Before I got married to my wife, she was working with Union Bank with a salary of N375. Mine was N710 as a lawyer . Out of my earnings,I pay my tithe and offering, pay my mother N50 every month, give my wife N200 for housekeeping. I never asked of her salary. Whatever was left of my earnings, I would manage it for transportation to work and back.”
*Culled from his autobiography,The Last but definitely not the Least *
My thoughts - Pst Bakare is a good son and husband. He took care of his widowed mother and made sure his wife was treated as a queen! He didn’t ask to share the bills 50:50. He didn’t ask her what she was bringing to the table. He didnt bother about her salary.
- Pst Bakare said he manages the remaining money to work! This is deep! Women would give their lives and unalloyed loyalty to any man that is selfless and puts her and the kids first. They would do anything for such a man! Little wonder they have a successful marriage!
- Finally,I encourage men to emulate Pst Bakare’s style in marriage however in a case where the man is genuinely financially incapacitated, the woman should honourably and respectfully take over!
1 Timothy 5:8 8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever
Dae Jumong This is a wrong interpretation of 1 Timothy 5:8 and it's unfortunate that most pastors don't even know their left from their right. That verse is speaking directly to children of widows about the need to prioritize taking care of their parents first (v4) then he continued with the same message until you get to verse 8 which simply says that any grown up child (man or woman):of a widow who fails to take care of his mother/father is worse than an infidel. Our pastors have weaponised this verse against men to mean that the man is solely responsible for taking care of his wife and children and the needs of the home. God did not put that kind of pressure on any married man. That verse apply equally to men and women please. Read proverbs 31:10 - 31 and you will see that the bible is balanced. There is no scripture that forbids a woman from taking financial responsibility in the home just like the man - infact proverbs 31 seems to suggest that the woman is responsible for working to meet so many needs in the home. If the husband and wife are truly one then there should be no secrets in finances and everything should be done together This is the same way that Malachi 3 has been quoted out of context to preach monthly tithing with money whereas the passage is God rebuking priests who were stealing tithes paid by the congregation! You can't build a doctrine on just one verse. Always read the preceding verses so that you can understand the context. |
