Settings, About phone tap on Build Number 5 times to enable Developer options. Now go back to Settings, Developer options, then under debugging, enable USB debugging.

Also try to set the USB options whenever you plug into your system. Tap the USB icon on your notification drawer to see more options.

Go to users on your setting menu, you will find the option Remove Guest User, select that, pull out your battery for a few minutes and insert back. Boot up your phone and it should work fine. All the best.

I switched the user, but when I switched back to the normal user, I couldn't use the camera again. it's telling me to insert an SD card first.
