Yeah I'm new with Xperia,so what do I do now in other for me not to loose my data on d SD card?bcox I can still view,play Dem but can't download anything on it

It wasn't fake broda,it 15gb SD card that I have been using for almost 4yrs now...This problem just started 2dys ago while I removed d SD card back to my Xperia c3....Plz sum1 should Kindly help me out...I can play d videos,audio and even view ma pics,but I can downloaded,moves or paste anything into it.
