I know Arikawe is in Akure because it was stolen in Akure. I'm sure the phone was stolen in arikawe street not that the phone is in the street presently cos i saw 2days ago and the phone was stolen 2days ago.

Just get the culprit that all... study the map and see which state and zone. Infact you can locate the doorstep using the map

I suspect you're just having connectivity issues. You could try connecting with WiFi, if not do a couple hard resets and see if it works properly after.
