Many people are not aware of what they are really addicted to. But the truth is, We are all addicted to something or couple of things (some people have multiple addiction). For those you lack a good Understanding of what the word 'Addiction' is, this excerpt from Oxford dictionary would help. Addiction(Addicted): Spending ALL your free time doing sth because you are SO interested in it. What are you addicted to? |

Moshood91: Lets be honest, the allegations against Bartho Okolo are true. We pay tuition of almost N50,000, internet fee of N12,000, hostel fee of N9,000; then the faculty dues and departmental fees. And some other people in OAU and UNILAG settles this all with just N20,000. Are we more or less human. Bartho is tyranical and corrupt, This probe is long overdue. He is talking about development, Let me ask my fellow Lions and Lioness. What major project has he completed since 2009 he assumed office? The labs he has been refurbishing since last year are they in use now? Is planting of flowers development? Is painting of only Female hostels development(male hostel are such in a bad shape) Finally, is demolishing of buildings developments. Fellow Lions/lioness, We ought to hang our heads in shame. Some many wrong things happen but we dont ask questions. For 2yrs/sessions we have been taking lectures under trees and in a stadium.. WHY? Since 09/10 we pay SUG fees but it is non existent WHY? We pay 12k for an unreliable network.. Lionet. WHY? I can go on and on. Compare our (consolidated) tuition with other federal universities. Bartho has been fooling us for so long. |

Crisis or conflict is not always unfavourable. Some generate positive effects. A cursory look at the human existence timeline reveals the evidence of positive changes brought about by Conflict/crisis. The PDP crisis if it eventually leads to its splitting will go down in the annals of history as one crisis that led to many positive changes. Since 1999 PDP became the ruling party, our economy has been doing the Harlem shake dance, it is neither stable nor steadlly growing. After spending purportly several trillions of naira on our roads, on the power sector, healthcare, schools and some other key sectors of the economy, nothing much has changed. Well, what do you expect from a party that has more kleptomaniacs in political positions than the convicted thieves Kuje and Kirikiri have within their walls?. PDP has shown that 14years is so short a time to assuage the suffering of Nigerians instead they have shown that Nigerians can be cowed serfs of an all potent party. A party with no clear ideology and internal democracy. A party that abhors true process, discourages meritocracy and transforms good men to unethical men. No rational society in this 21st century would let a party with an appalling scorecard such as PDP's run or continue to run its affairs. The positive effects of this crisis(and the eventual splitting) are numerous, the influence of their principalities on the nation will wane after exposing and fighting themselves to weakness during this crisis. Their exit will herald an era of true democrats, patriotic leaders, nationalists, progressives and technocrats that we have long desired to have in political offices. Since we can't stop them from imposing their hand picked candidates on us through various forms of electoral malpractices, let us encourage them to split. It is just a case of using different means to achieve the same end. 1 Like |

bilms: The only politician worthy of model in Nigeria is Tunde Bakare. A completely sincere and truthful individual who had and still has Nigerian masses first in his heart with no hidden motive. God bless pastor Tunde Bakare. Bilms, is Pastor Tunde Bakare now a full time politician? I thought his foray into politics was just part time. Anyways, you have a point. He doesnt have a private jet, Does he? Well, I'll keep my eyes more closely on him. |

Dude, I need not give you a prove on this Bianca, kayode issue because the prove is there, you dont need to have x-ray vision to see it. Ryabcool: shut up! I am not supporting him. He is not my family member. What disgusts me is the tactics you people use to discredit someone's personality and not try to tackle the main topic. Your lot only know how to smear names, not argue tactically and provide facts to back up your claim. If he is wrong, I would have expected you to bring hard facts to justify your claims that he's lying. But instead, na to start calling him names and talking about other issues u sabi. Abeg I refuse to be derailed. Gimme better facts and I will support you. If u no get, then I'm not surprised. Rubbish what better fact do you need? Do you even know FFK at all, do you read his essays and comments? Are you saying he trully had intimate relationship with Bianca and asking me to prove that he did? Dude, seriously you need help. |

For Portugese national team, he notched 22 goals in 67 games. Gareth Bale Aged: 24 Year: 2013 Fee: 85.3 million pounds(100million euro) Position: Winger(since 10 /11) Free role (AM, FW, LW, SS since 11/12) Records: -Championship League Player of the Year - '07 -Welsh Player of the year by FAW( Football Writers Association) - '10 - BBC Cymru Sports personality of the year - Dec' 10 -PFA Players' Player of the Year - April 2011 -Named in the UEFA team of the year - 2011 -PFA Young Player of the year; PFA Players' Player of the Year, PFA Fans' Player of the Year, FWA Player of the Year - 2013. He has played 169 games for Tottenham scoring 55 times. 49 goals (in 127 games) came from his adopted left wing/free role position. He has played 41 games scoring 11 times. He has neither played in the World cup nor Euro and has played in the UCL once in the 2010/2011 season. Players are judged based on their performance in club and National team games whether it is International (Euro, UCL, etc) or domestic (league). From the facts above, Bale's records before his world transfer are no where near those of his predecessors. Before Zidane and CR7 moved to RM on such a record fee they were gaints both in the domestic league and internationally ie Europe, UCL, Euro, World cup etc. Was Bale? Need I add that he is highly over priced?. Like I opined earlier, Bale is a wonderful talent but not yet a 100million euro talent, the facts are there. There are handful of 21 to 25 year olds whose individual records and performance dust those of Bale's, does it mean they're worth 150million euro or more? I totally agree with Tata, that price on Bale is a disrespect to football and common sense. |
