you rate a coach or manager by the career they have had so far not just by their last job. Football doesn't work like that for Newcastle United to start buying the best players in the world and yes money speak in football. Chelsea, man City and psg wouldn't have been where they are if not for money, they would not have won most of those titles if not for money
